Overall the stay was ok. Room was neat and clean but there was the oddest smell in the hallway both days and the smell of mold/water damage in the room. The elevator floor was also very dirty. Staff was very friendly.

The room assigned to us was quiet and comfortable. Only downside was the sink area was too cramped for a five day stay.
The breakfast buffet was a delight!
The staff was cordial and very helpful.

The only thing we noticed was the shower curtain seems too small for the shower.

Our room had a funny smell. Our deadbolt lock was broken. Other guests were singing and screaming up and down the hallways all hours of the night.

Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and welcoming. This was much appreciated. Once entering our room, however, we were smacked in the face by a very prominent odor. The room smelled musty, dirty and almost like cat urine mixed with air freshener. In addition to this, the floors in the bathroom were sticky, the toilet had dried pee all over it, and our sheets were clearly not changed after the last person had our room so a clean set had to be requested immediately. Although the staff was friendly, I regret booking a room here. For the price, this should have been a much different experience.

The hotel was clean but a little dated. The breakfast was pretty good but the dining room was showing some wear. The pool was broken and that was a big disappointment. The sign on the door said "Will reopen tomorrow at 6am" but that same sign was on the door the next day too.

Staff was above and beyond amazing! Rooms were nice, but mattresses were old, uncomfortable, and in need of replacement.
