So happy to returned back to the second home, when I’m landing to Chaing mai always think about this hotel is the first selection. Feel like home, place so quiet and room very clean, the room facing to the mountains view. The Local market near by to the hotel walked for 10 minutes. This hotel is not bad overall. It is very close to the airport. It only takes less than half an hour to drive there. When you check into the guest room, you will be given a coffee coupon every day. You can exchange it for a cup of coffee and a piece of bread at the coffee shop next to the hotel. Breakfast or afternoon tea are available. The room is fully equipped, the space is spacious, and it is clean. However, slippers are not provided, so guests must prepare their own slippers!  In addition, you need to take a taxi for transportation. If you rent a car and travel by yourself, there are gas stations and free parking spaces right outside the hotel, which is also very convenient. There are KFC and many small restaurants in the surrounding area. If you walk a few steps further, there are other Western-style restaurants, bars and restaurants. There is also a 7-11 where you can buy snacks and toiletries. It takes about half an hour to take a taxi out of the old town! The employees are all smiling and polite. Their English skills are average and communication is sufficient. Overall, it's still okay. In terms of price and service, it is still worth recommending. 👍👍👍

I signed up for a school next door, so it's within walking distance, but the hotel is located on the roadside, and there aren't many other options on that road. It's mainly just to be within walking distance of the school. The overall facilities are average and the rooms are not very dark. If you are sensitive to light, you may wake up earlier in the morning.

My family and I have had a wonderful experience at North Hill City Resort. This is our first time here, but it won't be our last. The accommodations are lovely and even more attractive given that this hotel is relatively small and has a lovely boutique flavor. Everything worked perfectly in our rooms, and the showers are impressive in and of themselves with multiple jets of water that can soothe your aching muscles after a long round or two of golf at the world-class golf course (literally) 100 paces away from one of the entrances of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We were also pleasantly surprised by how efficient and cost-effective room service was. All of our food came promptly and was hot and delicious, which has not been my experience of most hotels in my years of travel. The one improvement I would make would be to the breakfast buffet, which was very good, but limited. All the food was well prepared and delicious, but if there were more options that would be helpful. Mostly, however, it was the generosity of the staff which was most impressive. Under the leadership of the resort manager, Mr. Pholkrit Poenmunkong, we were exceptionally well cared for by all staff members, but, in particular, by Mr. Poenmunkong and the front desk staff of Nada, Ploy, and Chainoi. Mr. Poenmunkong was warm and generous with his time. He greeted my young son with a formal handshake which helped him feel very proud. During our stay, he also ensured that we had everything we needed to make our experience exceptional. The front desk staff was an exquisite example of people going ”above and beyond” to help us feel at home. When you're in a new city, small things matter, and whether it was Nada making sure my four-year-old had his hat (or carrots to feed the rabbits), Ploy ensuring that we took the correct shuttles to the correct places, or Chainoi making sure we had fresh towels and teaching us archery, we felt their warmth and their competence, which was a gift. What happened as I type this review is an example of this generous hospitality. I am sitting in the hotel cafe writing this review and Nada (who works with the front desk staff), unsolicited, greeted me warmly and brought me a delicious drink, which was quite thoughtful and appreciated. This is the type of service we've experienced North Hill City Resort and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great hotel, with delicious food and amazing hospitality.

It is a Chiang Mai hotel with excellent reputation. Whether it is an in-depth tour or a day trip, this hotel is your ideal choice. The hotel offers a variety of facilities and services to help you sleep soundly and in complete comfort.

It is a very cost-effective hotel. Because it is newly opened, the appearance and hotel rooms are very beautiful and modern. There is also a lot of working space in the lobby and there is a cafe next to it. Unfortunately, it does not provide staple food. Apart from the fact that it is far away from the center of Chiang Mai (if you rent a car/motorcycle, there is basically no problem, and it is also convenient for visiting suburban attractions), and there are not many restaurants with English menus nearby, everything else is very good!

The place was once a tobacco drying barn. Its vast shady green garden of trees and lawns creates a relaxing atmosphere. House covered with leaves is so cool. We were here for a dinner (didn't stay). The restaurant served various types of cuisines including Thai (typical and Northern) and European (Italian, French,...). Our dishes were Lanna hors d'oeuvre, Northern Thai minced pork Larb, Stir fried squid with chili and salt, Sliced redtail catfish in clear Tom Yum soup, French onion soup, and Mixed vegetable salad. Then, we tasted their signature Makiang (local fruit) ice cream. Awesome!

The room is clean, spacious, strong wifi, hair dryer is also available. Very cheap price. Overall, impressed. The receptionist was very polite. Definitely going back to stay again.
