I got one of the windowless rooms but that’s an ok trade off for the deal price. The room was good sized and very clean. No complaints from me other than the breakfast just ok. The toaster was broken so I missed out on my morning toast.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and has a large space. It is very close to the West Station and the nearby Wei Ke business is all here. Special thanks to the beautiful lady with employee number 008 for patiently helping me solve the problem. Good review.

The hotel is nice, especially the cleaning lady on the 13th floor. She is very nice and cleans very well. I was in a bad mood, but I became happier after chatting with her.

The front desk staff was warm and friendly, the check-in process was efficient and quick, and they also introduced the hotel's facilities and the surrounding attractions and food to me. Very cozy apartment, some wallpaper/skirting/shower seals could do with a refurb, but the amenities etc provided in the serviced apartment was fantastic. Daily cleaning too. Not much English available. Location in new business district with heavy traffic so transport to and fro the city centre can be time consuming. Connected to a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and small stores, multiple gyms nearby too. Very pleased

Since the company is in the Future Science and Technology City, I have stayed in almost all the hotels around here. Now that the Wenyi Road Tunnel is open, it is very convenient to drive into the city and go to Xixi Wetland. It takes 40 minutes from the East Station during non-peak hours, 15 minutes from the West Station, 20 minutes to Jiangcun, the north gate of Xixi Wetland, 20 minutes to Banyan Tree on the east side of the wetland, and 30 minutes to Shanglongjing Village. The hotel lobby is not domineering, but there are many seats and many people at the front desk (it will be much faster if they handle it at the same time). The waiter who received me was named Zhang, and the response speed was very fast. Later I found out that his name was ”Zhang Zhang”. The coffee and sugar at the front desk were good. The room is larger and clean than similar hotels. The bathroom is not bright enough, but boys don't wear makeup, so the brightness is enough. The guest rooms provide a variety of pillows. For example, I, who have high requirements for pillows, will ask for latex pillows. Take-out can be delivered by robots. There is a swimming pool on the 4th floor, which opens at 10 o'clock. There are good fitness equipment and rich service staff. Yes, parking is free!

The service and hardware are good, but the sanitation of the indoor corridors is worrying. There is dust in every corner, stains on the glass of the elevator in the public area, debris and stains on the floor of the corridor, and there is a bad smell in the corridor.
