Hangzhou Hotels with Free Breakfast

This trip was to Hangzhou to participate in a shooting competition. Because it was very inconvenient for a family trip, we needed a double bed room. After the front desk lady knew about it, she immediately arranged to upgrade to a double room. The room equipment and tableware were very complete. Whether it was the hygiene or the overall experience, it was more than 3 times the room price. I stayed for 2 nights. I was very happy because I had a very good rest on the day of the competition, so I won the third place. A large part of the reason can be said to be that this hotel allows me to rest at ease without worrying about the children's sleep and accommodation issues. The breakfast can be improved to be perfect, and there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Good location, walking distance to Hefang Street and Hu Xueyan mansion. Staff were attentive even though we checked in at midnight. The spread at breakfast was surprisingly good. Value for money.

The hotel is supposed to be 4 star but the service is not so . After we checked in , we found out the soap and other items in the shower were empty. Wi-Fi was not existent in the room . After we complained, the front desk said that is nothing they can do. The location is good , walking distance to Hangzhou East train station, about 15 minutes away on the right facing Ningbo road.

The decoration is definitely that of an international hotel, with European decoration style, but you guys are reluctant to even turn on the lights at the front desk? It's too much. The decoration is so luxurious that I can't bear to turn on the lights. 1/3 of the lights in the hotel are not turned on. Think about how it feels. It's empty and dark. Even the table lamp in the room is just a decoration and doesn't light up when plugged in. Hey! What about you? Early? You will know it after eating it once, and you will be speechless! It might as well be a small hotel! A 4-star luxury international hotel? It really doesn’t deserve this decoration!

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Very patient and polite we we felt very well taken care of. Even the security guard are very helpful. They give us supper vouchers when we are hungry at 10 pm. Very attentive to every single request or comments we make.  The only thing I hope they can improve is the ceiling can be taller in the room and the toilet can be a bit more quiet. But everything else is good.
