The hotel service is very good, responsive to every request. The room was upgraded for us. The front desk lady also sent us breakfast, which was a Chinese and Western buffet and tasted good. You can see smiling staff everywhere in the hotel. It's very warm! The surrounding natural scenery is also good. It is worth mentioning that the hotel's public leisure area is very pleasant. I will choose this place with friends next time.

This homestay gives me a really good feeling. First of all, the location is superior and the transportation is convenient. It is very close to Leifeng Pagoda in the West Lake Scenic Area and convenient for travel. There is a parking space at the door, which is very convenient. The lobby is simple, grand, and well-planned. The service is perfect. The boss is very enthusiastic, proactive, efficient, and thoughtful. He introduced the tour route while taking our luggage. The room has good lighting, bright, quiet, comfortable, and clean. The mattress is comfortable, the water flows quickly, and the water temperature is good. The bath is comfortable, just like at home. The room is tidy, clean, and sanitary. The room aunt is kind, the service is good, the movements are quick, and very thoughtful. A very good homestay, highly recommended!

I have stayed at Anyu before. This time I came to Hangzhou West Lake for a business trip. I came across it again when I was looking for hotels. It was really fate. When I entered the lobby, it was exactly the tone and atmosphere I like. It was quiet and peaceful. When I checked in, the staff inside was very considerate and prepared towels, tea and snacks for me. Then they helped me carry my luggage all the way to the room. The greetings during the period were just right and did not make people feel uncomfortable. The breakfast is semi-self-service, with both Chinese and Western styles. In the afternoon, I read a book quietly in the store and enjoyed afternoon tea. It was so comfortable. I can't help but sigh that the boss is really tasteful. Every detail can be stuck to my point

My husband came here for a meeting. The B&B of my eldest sister is small but exquisite, with a small courtyard and lush greenery. The room is spacious and bright, with charging cables, power banks, and projectors. The room is very clean and the bathroom is also large. The eldest sister is warm and friendly. The key is that parking is convenient and close to the store, and it is also convenient to travel and close to Leifeng Pagoda. Breakfast porridge, milk, eggs, and fruits are all very good! You can also bring your puppy. I will stay here again next time I have a chance!

This mountain view room hotel is simply a paradise! In terms of service, we have to praise its high-quality service level. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff welcomed us warmly and checked in efficiently and quickly. I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

This hotel won our hearts by its close proximity to the railway station/subway and the hotel good customer service. We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location
