A super great experience, staying in a room overlooking the canal. Although the hotel has only been open for 1 month, the room is equipped with a machine that should be a Dyson. We opened a small window and felt that there was no smell, and the view was unbeatable. Emily at the front desk was very good. She would take the initiative to chat with us every time and send us downstairs to get a taxi, reflecting the warm service quality of Four Seasons. In the afternoon, I opened a bottle of Chardonnay with a friend outside the lobby bar. Facing the sunset and the canal, it was very pleasant to have a drink. The sommelier was a very cool girl with short hair. She shared with us that Four Seasons will change a lot of good wines next time. Sorry, I forgot her name.
