非常非常不舒服的一次體驗。
當天一點四十左右到達告知我沒房間需要等待是兩點入住，這個沒問題，等就行了，告訴我有房間就電話通知我。
先辦理然後就一直問我是不是一個人住有人來必須來登記，我都説了是一個人，還反覆給我確認。
我定的房間是包含雙早最後再次給我確認還強調了你是一個人衹給你出了一份早餐，當時我就很不舒服，什麼意思？防賊？我在説謊？
最無語的就是，我在狂吹冷風的大堂吧等了接近倆小時因為大廳坐滿了，期間比我後來的都已經走了（開始我不知道是去入住了還以為是去幹其他事了）直到後來有個前台拿着確認單來找我對面剛坐下沒多久的一對母女，我才反應過來是都有房間了衹是不叫我？
我直接拖着行李去找前台，原來果真是把我忘了。
然後又問了兩次我是否單獨入住，我真的很無語還是耐着性子又確定了兩次。
如果不是單人入住誰會一個人在這等兩小時房間？？
住了這麼多次酒店我覺得我像是一個説謊的犯人在被審問。
假日也就這樣了符合定位。
特別是溢價時候千萬別來入住，看着近其實離場館入口也很遠，因為不開放酒店對面入口，要步行一兩公里，還不如定遠一點的好一些的酒店，打車到路口也比從酒店走近。

來參加cp30，真的很方便就在對面，環境很好，回來能夠好好休息，早餐也不錯。唯一的問題是房間的前台服務和緊急聯繫早上會一直掛電話，有緊急情況的話就完全起不到作用了……（還好最後自己解決了）

非常好的酒店，設施很棒，快遞很多但也放得很整齊都能找到，酒店香香的，服務人員比五星的洲際態度還好，打車下車的時候還會幫開車門和用手擋着避免客人撞到頭😭很棒的體驗 下次有機會還會來
