房間衞生很乾凈，住着很舒服

這家就是之前普通的如家改的neo。。整棟樓不全是如家的，6樓有個很兇的老婆子，在電梯裡頭大吼大叫耳朵都要聾掉了，1**還是13層是公寓不用刷卡的。。設施都挺陳舊，床也不太乾淨，還好有帶一次性床品的習慣。。廁所和房間是白光，好化粧。前台服務很好。

國慶節溢價太嚴重，是平時房價的兩倍，設施太老太舊，安排的房間靠近馬路晚上睡覺很吵，樓上空調外機聲音很大，環境不行。
地理位置也不算很便利，離地鐵站近，但是離景區地鐵要一小時太遠。總體沒有什麼性價比。
