不錯，乾淨衞生，老闆人也很好

房間衞生可以，到週邊景點都很便利，週邊兩家便利店加咖啡店，非常讚，唯一讓我感覺美中不足的可能就是浴室有點小，要是可以在大點就更完美，也感謝小哥下樓指引停車場

地理位置很好，非常方便。到達地點之後接待和回覆速度也很快。

離地鐵站很近很好找，在市中心，房間在書店樓上，氛圍不錯，需要提前和老闆溝通開書店的門禁，房間設施不錯，床品舒適，老闆服務不錯

出差旅遊首選，性價比很高，交通也特別便利，地鐵直達，鳳起路地鐵站離酒店特別近。

地理位置是真心不錯，徒步去西湖也就半個鍾，距離武林夜市、銀泰也特別近，遊玩購物特別方便。

性價比超高，起初對酒店的期待值並不高，畢竟價格擺在那裡的，沒想到剛到酒店就給了我一個驚喜，酒店一樓是一家書店，房間也是乾淨整潔，下次再來杭州，還會首選。

位置離地鐵很近，出來左手邊就是，公寓沒有前台老闆下來接的，一樓是書咖（電梯在書咖裏，所以進入公寓要經過書咖需要小聲）衞生不是很理想，馬桶有黃色臟漬，衣櫃裏面跟連結衣櫃的桌子蠻臟的（擦完紙都是黑的）地面（尤其是窗簾下方）有很多毛（不經常打掃累積的灰塵毛）總之體驗感很不好

It was totally unexpected. The location of the hotel was easy to find. We took the subway directly after getting off the high-speed rail and found it by following the navigation. It was also very convenient. It felt that each scenic spot was not far away. We could walk all the way from the hotel to the West Lake at night. The room and bathroom were very clean. The service staff were very enthusiastic and had a good attitude. The recommended places to eat and play were all very good. There was also a bookstore downstairs, which was very literary. If you can't go out to play on a rainy day, it would be nice to stay in the hotel and read a book and drink coffee. However, we had to catch a bus at that time and didn't have time to pick a book and sit there to feel it.
