來看演唱會，酒店位置真的無敵了，就兩對面！房間也很大，前台姐姐很nice，還升了級，很好的體驗，房間很寬敞、乾淨、沐浴露很好聞，下次看演唱會還是首選！

在這裏強烈避雷這家酒店 事情雖然過去快兩個月了，但是依然覺得很噁心 我入住的當天下午四點半左右才到達酒店 按理來説這個時候酒店的房間都已經被打掃完等待着客人入住了 可是當我到達前台的時候 前台卻告知我五一期間人流量過大 房間還在打掃？emm？你在跟我開玩笑嗎？前台態度非常的差 一副你愛住不住的樣子 期間我問了三次打掃完了嗎？前台回答我的永遠衹有兩個字 “沒有” ，而且那天外面還在下着暴雨 不適感瞬間拉滿 在我等待了一個半小時以後直到晚上6:00左右前台才給我房卡 那麼請問我付費的四個小時誰來賠償呢？本來也沒當回事兒了 就當吃了顆蒼蠅噁心一下算了 結果更厲害的來了，在5月5號下午2:00左右一位自稱歡朋酒店的工作人員聯繫到我 還問我對他們酒店滿意嗎 想做個回訪 然後我直接就把我入住當天所發生的事情向他闡述完以後直接就掛了，並且沒要任何補償 他自己給我發短訊説要給我做一個房費七折的補償 在我詢問他如何走時 他直到第二天才回我要我的vx 我回復完以後就沒有任何動靜了 自此我再也沒有收到任何的回覆以及退款賠償 我真的不太懂這家酒店這是什麼迷惑操作 一而再再而三的嬉耍 噁心顧客 這難道是希爾頓歡朋酒店的企業文化嗎？
