In a good location, I stayed here on my first day in Hangzhou. I have a gold membership, and I was upgraded to a late check-out and room type. I originally booked a very small room, but they upgraded us to a large room for free, and there was a bathtub. The beautiful lady at the front desk was very patient, very good! Very good

房間挺大的。就是感覺有些被褥不是很乾凈，有冰箱，微波爐，洗衣機。但是都用不到，最不滿意的就是衞生間馬桶。

The room rate of more than 400 is completely different from the pictures. The facilities are old, the ceiling is moldy, the hotel hygiene is average, and the floor seams are full of stains. The TV can't be turned on for a long time. There is a problem with the hot water equipment when taking a shower. The water temperature can't be adjusted for a long time. The staff was called to adjust it, and it took a long time to adjust it. The basic shower facilities are not perfect. The cost performance is really low, and the sound insulation is also very poor. Although the temporary room type is a large room, it is very simple and there are many places that are not well decorated, like the kind that has not been tidied. The room is the same as the one sold to the outside. Is it the hotel's service? I ask? The room that was changed also has no WiFi. This hotel can only sleep for one night at an expensive price and has no other benefits! Thunder avoidance!!!

Arrived at night, according to the map navigation, I found a parking lot near the destination, and it was another hotel. There was no sign of the hotel nearby. I repeatedly navigated around in the same place, but I couldn't find the place. Well, this is not the hotel's fault, but my own fault for not being familiar with the route. Checked in, free upgrade, I was quite happy, but the room was poorly cleaned, there was untied garbage on the floor, and there were used slippers in the drawer. The TV didn't work. I called the front desk several times but no one answered the phone. I used the external phone on Ctrip to get through. Finally, the front desk girl went upstairs to check, but it didn't debug it. I gave up and didn't watch TV. The bedside plug was loose, and I couldn't charge my phone directly. I had to use external objects to fix it to barely charge it. Well, I can tolerate this. The most unbearable thing came when I rested and found that the bedroom couldn't be turned off. The two switches at the bedside were broken and couldn't be used. It was the first time I slept with such a bright light at night. Why didn't I find the front desk? Because I gave up. There was only one girl at the front desk. It was nearly midnight and the child was already asleep. I couldn't wake him up to change rooms, and the girl at the front desk couldn't fix the switch. Although I found that the subway station was really close after I checked out, the transportation here was convenient and the attractions were also close. But it really affected my mood. Really, I don't want to go there again. Although the room seemed to have everything, the refrigerator would suddenly make a rumbling sound, so I had to unplug it. (I informed the front desk). There is a washing machine, but it can be seen that it is very dirty, and there are stains around the sealing ring. So what is the meaning of these facilities? I don't know. The light switch in the room must have been broken for more than one or two days, just like the loose plug, it is not a temporary problem.
