住過這麼多全季酒店，這個是最差沒有之一，靠走廊的窗户，外面根本不是走廊，約等於沒有窗，簡直憋屈死了，找不到位置打電話還需要播分機號，沒入住我哪知道分機號，和大廳工作人員反應不但不解決問題還推脱説別人能打進來就我打不進來，説是我的問題，很少給人家差評，這也是太生氣了

位置：地處湖濱商圈，周圍吃的玩的不要太多，走路去西湖也很近，每天都去西湖散個步。
設施：內床房但是沒太大影響，反正每天都很晚回房間。酒店有洗衣機很好，很方便。
