給家裡人預訂的，酒店很新，房間衞生很乾凈前台tina和Minnie的服務很熱情，辦理入的時候幫我升級了房型，送了水果，點外賣還有機器人全程配送，退房的nina服務下次還會再來入住的。

從踏入臨平皇冠假日酒店大堂的一刻開始，就被酒店優秀簡潔的環境給吸引了，酒店大堂有一股很好聞的香氛味道，從入住到退房前台tina和hansen的服務都十分熱情，有任何問題都及時幫我解決，笑容陽光，離店的時候剛好是中秋節當天，nina小姑娘還給我們拿了月餅，實在是貼心。

升級了主題房，小朋友超級開心。還送了早餐，正好中秋節送了月餅，枕頭被子也送的很及時，機器人送餐也很快。前台服務超級棒，餐廳還幫忙打咖啡。樓下就是地鐵口，下雨天也不怕，超級方便，有史以來住過最棒的酒店，細節滿分。會推薦給親朋好友。10086個贊。

非常喜歡這家酒店的氛圍，安靜、雅緻，讓人可以放鬆身心。服務人員細緻周到的服務讓我記憶猶新，入住的時候tina和pony熱情，説話耐心温柔，到房間後，房間裝修大氣，入住期間我還去了游泳館體驗了一次，太開心了，退房時hansen還貼心的問了我車牌，真的是一家非常棒，非常優秀的酒店！我會把他推薦給身邊的人的！

酒店位於地鐵口，出行很方便！周邊都是吃飯逛街的地方！預訂的是大床房，好巧不巧酒店今天房間都快滿了，所以前台的pony和lynn免費升級了套房，而且還贈送了早餐！服務態度很棒！升級後的房間空間很大，高樓層的落地窗看風景很不錯！退房時候前廳ting服務很温柔，還了解我入住期間是否滿意，所以這個酒店值得推薦！
