非常滿意的一次住店體驗！望湖賓館的地理位置絕佳，從賓館出門步行幾分鐘就到了西湖遊船碼頭，不管是旅遊還是出差都能很好地領略西湖美景，旁邊還有人氣很旺的武林夜市。賓館服務很好，謝謝大堂袁經理幫忙升級房間，酒店的套房古典雅緻，絲質床品帶來很好的睡眠體驗。前台和禮賓部也積極滿足顧客需求，在辦理入住時提供了飲用水，緩解了我一路奔波的口渴，在取行李時幫忙送到門口上車，對單獨出差的女性很友好～推薦給大家👍👍

望湖賓館擁有四十年悠久歷史有着深厚的文化底藴，秉承服務至上的理念坐擁於西子湖畔，地理位置絕佳，房間大小適中，性價比極高，是旅遊的首選，這次特地帶長者過來遊玩，極其方便，房務管家菁菁提前電話溝通選房，如約到店辦理登記，給長者預留安排了輪椅，引領至房間，還特送來迎賓水果，安排了早餐，每個崗位的服務員都一路笑臉相迎，倍感温馨，特別是鄭愛香服務員，主動詢問客人需求送水，住店期間樓層滿足各種需求，精準幹練，整個住店感受熱情而不為過，自在舒適，像在自己家一樣，有機還會再來！

房間挺乾淨，離西湖很近。離武林夜市也很近。門口有租單車和電動車，天氣好的情況下，繞着西湖騎行一圈，非常棒的體驗！
