Hangzhou Hotels with Airport pickup service

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

It was overall great experience. Helpful staff who provided suggestions on how to go West Lake from the hotel. Convenient location, very near to the metro station (next to the hotel) and within walking distance to West Lake Hu Bin entrance (about 20-min walk, passing by some eateries and shopping mall). Clean and neat hotel room, with premium experience to enjoy (Dyson hair dryer, Nepresso coffee machine, free snacks/drinks in the fridge). It will be better if the room ventilation (mainly toilet cubicle) can be improved, and the aircon noise can be fixed.

Hotel location and services by staff were great. Particularly like that there is a laundry room in the hotel equipped with two washing machines and a dryer. Hotel staff also help to keep your laundry if you can't afford to wait for clothes to dry up. Location - The hotel is located right next to a metro station. From the hotel to the main shopping street of Hangzhou / West Lake is only 2 stops away (about 10-15 mins travelling time). Cleanliness - Excellent, everything look clean to me Service - The receptionist is attentive & checking in is easy Facilities - Their lobby area is so pretty and it is good place to chill. They have their own laundry room and saw a table tennis along the way. Breakfast - Their breakfast is something that i really missed, the variety is more than i expected and overall it is tasty! I really look forward to visit Hangzhou again and definitely will consider EBO Hotel again.

Staff don’t know how to smile especially the front desk, as though I owed them money or a favour. The one and only nicest reception staff was the tall gentleman. The overweight female receptionist and the crooked teeth receptionist both don’t smile and have an aloof manner, it was unpleasant. I asked for later check-out time and it was granted and in returned the staff wants a 5 star review haha. Then I asked why my laptop could not connect to wifi and she told me because it was INTERNATIONAL laptop, but my phone can. No further assistance was provided unfortunately. So if you are international traveler here for work, don’t bother staying here. For the price USD108, I could have stayed in other hotels. But there’s self service laundry machine and a tiny gym with smith machine. Walking distance to Hangzhou center mall.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Very patient and polite we we felt very well taken care of. Even the security guard are very helpful. They give us supper vouchers when we are hungry at 10 pm. Very attentive to every single request or comments we make.  The only thing I hope they can improve is the ceiling can be taller in the room and the toilet can be a bit more quiet. But everything else is good.

Hotel is clean and near to Westlake scenic spot. Upon arrival, we got complimentary drinks and snacks at the dining room which located next to hotel lobby. Hotel do provide washing machine and dryer. Breakfast is pretty good with many varieties and the dining area is pretty clean and cozy to kick start our day great. Toilet room and shower room are separately build, but both room shared the same door which mean that you can only close one room with door at one time. Overall it is a very nice hotel and definitely will going back!

The hotel is located next to a mall which is excellent for us. We had our meals at the restaurants there for 3 nights trying the local cuisine. There is a local supermarket at the basement of the mall where I bought a few local sweets to bring back as gifts for friends. We bought the local mandarins (cuties) and mangoes to try. The staff here is impeccable and I would give 10/10 for their great service. The staff like Ms Pretty ( if I spell correctly) went the extra mile. She would translate the names of places of interest (in English) to Mandarin. She gave us the map of Hnagzhou and highlighted the places of interest when we asked for advice. Then she would call a taxi for us (using the local apps) and personally escort us to the taxi to tell the driver (in Mandarin) to take us to the place of interest we wanted to see. She spoke to us in English so there is no communication barrier. This is an awesome hotel I would highly recommend as a Singaporean traveller as the room is clean and the location is fantastic.

From Malaysia and found this hotel. Very good service from 小陶 （xiao tao）~ free upgrade to room with window🩷 hotel nearby tourist attractions, walking distance 5 to 10min to many shopping mall. Hotel very clean, big and comfortable to stay. No aircon at this moment as the weather is quite cold.
