Hotels near Jinjiangxiao Park, Hangzhou

The hotel lobby does not provide a place for guests to rest. There is only one sofa and coffee table. When we just wanted to sit down and rest our feet, the guy in the picture immediately put down his mobile phone and came over to drive us away in a stern voice. I said that I was a guest staying in the hotel and wanted to rest for a while because my legs hurt. He said: We have to pay here. If you don’t want to pay, go sit over there! It’s hard to imagine that a four-star hotel would ignore the hotel’s image in order to make a little money. There is no free customer rest area in the lobby. Guests are made to sit on the leather stools under the columns in the lobby like beggars, and there is not even a coffee table in front of them. There is also an ice cream vending machine in the lobby (I never saw anyone buy it). They don’t care about their image in order to make a little money. I really can’t praise the service in this regard!

This is my favourite hotel in Hangzhou. Modern and Stylish. I stayed here when I arrived to work in Hangzhou in 2020. I then moved into an apartment in the same building. The staff are friendly and attentive. It was a delightful stay. I will always stay here when I visit Hangzhou. There are metro stations nearby. Using a DiDi to and from the hotel is easy as well. HANGZHOU is a beautiful city, and so is The Crystal Orange Hotel! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is atmospheric and the service attitude is good. I originally booked a room without a window on Trip.com. Because I am old, the room is stuffy and the heart can't stand it. So I asked to change the room with a window and add 100 yuan. In the process, the young ladies of Ctrip and the reception desk enthusiastically helped me solve this problem. The room is clean and the traffic is convenient. It takes about ten minutes to get to the subway, which is very good.

Super satisfactory hotel, we stayed for a total of four nights, very new and very comfortable environment. Convenient transportation, taxis can be called and parked at the door, the location is 20 minutes drive from West Lake, and it is even more convenient to go to Mixc and Raffles. It is very close to the Qiantang River light show location, you can walk there. You can do a little exercise on the top floor at night, which is very convenient. It is worth mentioning the robot service here. I ordered takeout twice, which is very convenient and not disturbing 👍🫰 Behind the hotel is Lawson and Starbucks, where you can buy some snacks. The hotel's toiletries are up and down, the shampoo is super easy to use, I strongly planted it, and I plan to buy another one when I go back😊

I chose the All Seasons Hotel for my trip. I was very satisfied with the sanitary facilities. The service lady was also very nice. There was no peculiar smell in the room or the quilt, which was very reassuring. The takeaway was delivered by a robot. I couldn't use the elevator without a room card, so the safety was guaranteed. The drinking water was bottled Nongfu Spring. Overall, I was very satisfied.

We checked in late and was very pleased with the service we have received from 雷芸. She was very detailed and patient, despite it being so late she served us with a bright smile and energy. She accommodated to the room request that I have mentioned in my booking and even helped me with my luggage to the room. Since it was late, we wanted order food delivery and she assisted us with the delivery app. The following morning, we had macbreakfast across the street and the cleaning auntie managed to tidy our room within that short span of time. Staff was very detailed to realised that we drink lots of water, so she alrdy provided us more without us requesting! The 2nd night 雷芸 and her colleague 小龙 was very patient to help us with our laundry arrangements (separate wash) & pick up. Then we recalled abt free afternoon tea that came along with our booking so we went back to the front desk to make reservation. 雷芸 & 小龙 assisted us really promptly and even advice the best timing for the afternoon. Would like to thank 雷芸 & 小龙 for such an enjoyable stay, they truly deserve a raise for such passion with their job! Overall, my stay hasn’t ended but it was such a pleasant experience that I had to share and recommend this hotel! Will definitely return again in future!

The weather was too hot, so I called the hotel to ask them to turn on the air conditioner in advance. The hotel turned it on in advance. When I checked in, the hotel was very welcoming. If I had any questions, I could ask the front desk via WeChat. It was very convenient. It was very grand and the security guards were also very enthusiastic. I will come again if I have the chance!

Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.
