Opposite is Wanda, the location is good, and the overall overall experience is great. I think I will choose this place again next time I come to Hangzhou.

The room was very clean and my room was very big. The location is good, Wanda Plaza is out, and there is a lot of food. The front desk lady service is also very good, and it is very close to the subway station. This time I chose the right place. very good.

The room is not bad. The old hotel is clean and tidy. The sofa seems to have just been replaced and is comfortable to sit on. It is worth mentioning that the breakfast has freshly made wontons and freshly made egg pancakes. The chef is very patient. To go to the dining room, you have to pass through a long corridor. The hotel is very attentive and guests can enjoy the scenery along the way. 👍👍👍

This hotel is not in a super location, but it is in a nice location to be able to get to other areas easily enough. There is a shopping mall close, a park and several other things you can enjoy as well. The room was and hotel itself seemed very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable overall. If you get the breakfast buffet, you will want to go to the main buffet and not the second-floor buffet which only has a fraction of the main buffet.
I would stay here again if I needed to go to Hangzhou and stay somewhere. For the price, honestly, it cannot be beaten.
I am truly sorry I did not take any pictures, but I can assure you it is well worth the money. A true bargain.

It takes about half an hour to drive from West Lake. The car is free only when it is parked in the parking building. The parking space at the door is charged. The sign outside the parking building is not very obvious. It is convenient to eat around the hotel. The breakfast is also good. As long as it is pet-friendly

Very good. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot. Parking is very convenient. The waiters are also very enthusiastic and the service attitude is very good. The beds in the house are large and the hardness of the beds is just right. The facilities are basically there. The most important thing is Houses in chain brands are relatively clean. The front desk staff extended my stay for free for two hours before I could finish my work. I will stay at this hotel next time I come here.

A friend recommended this hotel to me and said it was good. I stayed here recently. I think it is pretty good. There is a row of charging piles in the parking lot behind the hotel. I charge it when I sleep at night and drive it with full charge the next morning. It is very friendly to people like me who are anxious about charging. The room is also very clean and the hot water is relatively large when I take a shower. It fully meets my requirements for business trips. The front desk lady is sweet. It feels great.

AAiyouwei456There is such a quiet place in the turbulent crowds of Xixi scenic spots. There are restaurants and teahouses outside, and there are ducks and wild reeds inside.
The hotel is very beautiful. The interior and exterior design is indeed a master's hand, simple and restrained, with a sense of design and wildness.
The hotel people are also very beautiful. The front desk is gentle and patient, the concierge is sunny and handsome, and the guest room is warm and friendly. The key is that everyone is sincere and enthusiastic.
This time I stayed in a courtyard room with good privacy. The small courtyard faces the wetland. There are ducks playing in the water on sunny and rainy days. It is really a healing holiday. Thank you for seeing it.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:
1. Attentive and caring service
2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

LljjjRoom: The room is quite okay, not too small but not too big. We can open two 24-inch suitcases in the room.
Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is the central type. You can adjust the fan, but the temperature doesn't seem adjustable. At first, we had to wait quite a long time to feel the cold air.
Amenities: Every day, they refill two bottles of mineral water for us. They also provide new slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo daily. Towels can also be changed every day. There are about 4-5 sockets in the room. The sockets are designed for international use, so you can use them without a universal adapter. We found out on the day we checked out that the drinks inside the fridge were free of charge (there was a sticker on the fridge stating this), but it was too late for us to enjoy them. You should check this before consuming any items.
Shower and toilet: The toilet and bathing area are separated. The water pressure is strong, but there is only one hook inside the shower room, and it is quite high up (which might not be convenient if you want to bring your clothes inside to change). The toilet is a smart toilet with different functions like auto flush. However, the doors for the toilet and bathing area are semi-transparent (you can see inside, though not clearly). If you are staying with someone you are not familiar with, it might be awkward. Refer to the attached pictures for the toilet and shower area. Between the toilet and shower, they also use the same semi-transparent glass. Please take note if you are concerned about this issue.
Breakfast: The room we booked included breakfast. The breakfast options are quite varied, from Asian to Western styles. However, there is a peak period during the morning breakfast hours when you might not find seats. Check with the reception about the breakfast peak period so you can avoid it and enjoy your breakfast.
Transport: Although the metro seems quite near, it still takes about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel (we're not sure if we took the wrong exit or if there is a better option).
Laundry: They offer a free laundry service. You can use the washing machines and dryers for free. There are three washing machines and three dryers.
WiFi: They provide free WiFi, but if you don't have a local (China) phone number, you won't be able to connect to it. However, you can get help from the reception; they can assist you in connecting to the WiFi.

JJaymest WongA very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

FFlyingNoodlesI recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express West Lake East Hangzhou and had a great experience. The hotel is in a perfect spot, right next to a metro station, making it super easy to get around. It's also close to beautiful spots like West Lake and Lingyin Temple, which are just a short trip away.
The rooms are really spacious, bed size are bigger than usual. Plus, they're super comfy, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, it's a fantastic place to stay if you're visiting Hangzhou.

MMukulDear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

GGuest UserVery satisfied with the stay. Came to Hangzhou with friends. This loft is very suitable for us. There is a bathroom on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. It is much better than those chain brands. The area is also large. The layout is very thoughtful. I will come again next time I visit.
