實際上就是ai丁bao，但是要更便宜，房間是公寓改的，所以還比較大，不會覺得擁擠，乾淨整潔，有很多置物區，還有個飄窗，帶小朋友出門的確很方便。最大的有點就是出行巨方便，出門就是公交站，離地鐵也衹有兩百多米，杭州這麼熱的天，離公交地鐵近真是救了老命了，附近也可以租借共享單車，電動車。最大的缺點是空調太響了，不過製冷效果很好。總而言之很棒，性價比很高

A family had booked their hotel long ago, but did not pay attention to the room type they booked. The manager saw that we had children with him and took the initiative to help us upgrade the room. The most surprising thing was that he gave us cute candies for our children. This is probably what it feels like to be served to the heart. Go to the room. The room is smart Xiaodu. The children are very curious and have been talking to Xiaodu. The room is also very clean and hygienic, with disposable towels and bath towels. The hotel will also give children slippers and toothbrushes, and everything is very complete. Considering that it is too hot to take the children out to play when traveling, I booked the car of Master Liu in the lobby. He is humorous and the service is also very good. After playing, I contacted him and he came to pick us up soon. Hangzhou is indeed a very beautiful city, and buying clothes is very beautiful and cheap. The rest of the room was fine, but the sound insulation was very poor. I stayed for two nights in total. The first night I stayed on the seventh floor. The restaurant was upstairs and I could hear the noise of chairs being dragged around. On the second night, I was transferred to the sixth floor. Due to the noise of children in the corridor, the knocking on the door of the deliveryman, and especially the sound of people talking next door, I made a second complaint call, and it didn't quiet down until twelve o'clock at night. The sound insulation effect is so poor! ! !

We stayed at Hefang Hotel for 2 nights in the Cozy Room and besides the fact everything went smoothly, the hotel is, in fact, low quality.
- Room: Bad. The room is quite small, needs some maintenance and a deep cleaning. There is a window but it does not open properly. The mold smell is very strong and you can feel the humidity as soon as you enter. The walls, mirrors, floor and the room in general has not been cleaned properly for a long time. So it really looks like a cheap and dirty place, which makes it not comfortable at all (you can’t see that on the pictures from the hotel).
We even asked at the reception if they could change us to a different room, in an upper floor, but they said there wasn’t any available.
- Breakfast: Reasonable, but not great. There is dumplings, noodles, sweet potatoes, eggs, sausage, some cakes and one type of fruit. No drinking options at all (I mean, no coffee, tea, milk, juice, water, etc.! We asked) Also, the breakfast time is from 7h00 - 9h30 but they don’t replace the food so if you arrive around 9h probably you won’t find much (we asked for more fruit and they said that they didn’t have it). Tables and chairs were not clean.
Amenities: Good. Nice common area on the 1st floor where you can hangout and have your own meals.
Location: Great! Near the most famous street where you can find some tradicional shops and a lot of restaurants.
If you plan to stay in this hotel we suggest you to make sure your room is on the 2nd floor and without breakfast included.

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too.
Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

This hotel won our hearts by its close proximity to the railway station/subway and the hotel good customer service. We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. Highly recommended.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk.
It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away.
First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose.
Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers.
They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch.
The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t.
There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area.
For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade.
It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on.

AAiyouwei456There is such a quiet place in the turbulent crowds of Xixi scenic spots. There are restaurants and teahouses outside, and there are ducks and wild reeds inside.
The hotel is very beautiful. The interior and exterior design is indeed a master's hand, simple and restrained, with a sense of design and wildness.
The hotel people are also very beautiful. The front desk is gentle and patient, the concierge is sunny and handsome, and the guest room is warm and friendly. The key is that everyone is sincere and enthusiastic.
This time I stayed in a courtyard room with good privacy. The small courtyard faces the wetland. There are ducks playing in the water on sunny and rainy days. It is really a healing holiday. Thank you for seeing it.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:

2. Nature and beautiful surroundings
3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

GGuest UserI give two room cards a thumbs up. It's very comfortable to return to the room in the summer. The room type is also very good, clean and tidy. It's very comfortable to live in. The standard room is very suitable for business trips. There are many good restaurants downstairs.

LljjjRoom: The room is quite okay, not too small but not too big. We can open two 24-inch suitcases in the room.
Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is the central type. You can adjust the fan, but the temperature doesn't seem adjustable. At first, we had to wait quite a long time to feel the cold air.
Amenities: Every day, they refill two bottles of mineral water for us. They also provide new slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo daily. Towels can also be changed every day. There are about 4-5 sockets in the room. The sockets are designed for international use, so you can use them without a universal adapter. We found out on the day we checked out that the drinks inside the fridge were free of charge (there was a sticker on the fridge stating this), but it was too late for us to enjoy them. You should check this before consuming any items.
Shower and toilet: The toilet and bathing area are separated. The water pressure is strong, but there is only one hook inside the shower room, and it is quite high up (which might not be convenient if you want to bring your clothes inside to change). The toilet is a smart toilet with different functions like auto flush. However, the doors for the toilet and bathing area are semi-transparent (you can see inside, though not clearly). If you are staying with someone you are not familiar with, it might be awkward. Refer to the attached pictures for the toilet and shower area. Between the toilet and shower, they also use the same semi-transparent glass. Please take note if you are concerned about this issue.
Breakfast: The room we booked included breakfast. The breakfast options are quite varied, from Asian to Western styles. However, there is a peak period during the morning breakfast hours when you might not find seats. Check with the reception about the breakfast peak period so you can avoid it and enjoy your breakfast.
Transport: Although the metro seems quite near, it still takes about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel (we're not sure if we took the wrong exit or if there is a better option).
Laundry: They offer a free laundry service. You can use the washing machines and dryers for free. There are three washing machines and three dryers.
WiFi: They provide free WiFi, but if you don't have a local (China) phone number, you won't be able to connect to it. However, you can get help from the reception; they can assist you in connecting to the WiFi.

JJaymest WongA very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

Life is convenient, and the kitchen and washing machine equipment in the room are a plus. McDonald's and KFC convenience stores around the hotel are all within a short walk. The distance to the West Lake or the scenic spots around the Grand Canal is moderate by taxi.

YYellow叶美It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

Areas that need improvement: 1. The fruit plate was ordered and confirmed repeatedly, but it was not delivered in the end 2. There are many insects, and I encountered four or five ** insects and spiders crawling in the curtains and door cracks. 3. The bathtub can't hold water, so it's a waste of such a large bathtub. I put water in it for several hours, and finally found that the bathtub plug is not firm at all and can't block the water. 4. There is a lot of humidity, and the quilt and pillow have a musty smell 5. The room is generally old 6. The data cable actually needs to scan the code to pay for charging, which is a lesson for me

GGuest UserVery satisfied with the stay. Came to Hangzhou with friends. This loft is very suitable for us. There is a bathroom on the upper floor and one on the lower floor. It is much better than those chain brands. The area is also large. The layout is very thoughtful. I will come again next time I visit.
