The hotel is near the Hangzhou East Station. Breakfast is good, buffet style. They even provide washing machine and dryer on the 5th floor and there is a gym room next to it. Will recommend to families and friends.

The hotel is located next to the west exit of Hangzhou East Railway Station. You can see the front desk when you walk out of the station. The room is quite large and the environment is good. It is quite quiet at night. It is only a few minutes walk to catch the train the next day. You can get more sleep a while

I booked this hotel for 2 nights. The location is very close to Mrt Station Pengbu exit C. ( only 1 stop from Hangzhou East Railway station. Can reach Pengbu from line 1 or 4) You only need to walk less than 5 min to reach hotel. This is more like a studio apartment, without receptionist. So, you better contact hotel befor arrival. Hotel will provide information about building ( there are several buildings, in the apps it's stated 2nd building, but we got 3rd building), room number and password to open the door. Facilities are complete, only no TV. The washing machine is good, also serve as dryer. You can also ask for room cleaning. . If I come again to Hangzhou, will stay here again.

This youth hostel has a very good price-performance ratio. It can be rented for more than 50 yuan. The guests who come here are very friendly. Most of them are young people and are easy to talk to. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. Basically, they are responsive and can help you with any needs. The service staff is also very good. The pig intestine is really good, and the overall environment is clean and hygienic. The two cleaners clean very attentively. I give them a big thumbs up. It is also very convenient here, and the infrastructure is also very complete. There are washing machines and dryers, as well as 24-hour water dispensers and microwave ovens. A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10
