I was super lucky to live in this inn, located Chishan Port, and chose this one casually. When I entered the door, I saw a small courtyard, a large screen projection, and a movie playing with the lights. The atmosphere was full~ Manjuelong and Yuhu Bay are nearby, it is very convenient to walk around The boss saw that I had booked the wrong room (I thought I booked the second floor), and it was a bit regretful. He was super nice and offered to help us change to the most expensive room on the third floor😀 Thank you so much The dog Huahua is gentle and obedient, the cat was born a stray but now meets a good owner and becomes lively and cute Eating corn, sweet potato, eggs, milk and basking in the sun in the morning, I feel that life is beautiful

It's good. The boss is very enthusiastic! Help to plan the route. Although the breakfast is simple, it is also good. It is very close to Wu Zhuangyuan Square. There is also a bus stop next to it. You can also rent a Hello electric bike. It is still 60 yuan before 21:00 on the same day. It is close to the south entrance of Su Causeway (Majiawan Wharf). It only takes 5 minutes to ride an electric bike with the baby. In the early morning, the birds are singing, and even if it rains, it does not affect their singing. I also saw many people running in the rain🏃 The soul is cleansed

Our triple room was changed to a single room. The rooms were very small, but the boss was very welcoming and the hygiene was very good. The inn is located in a village in the West Lake Scenic Area, 4 kilometers away from the nearest scenic spot Leifeng Pagoda. However, the transportation is not convenient. There are traffic jams every day, there are no empty bicycles, and the bus station is also some distance away. There is a small courtyard at the entrance of the inn, which was nice, but right in front of our window, other early-rising guests could hear their voices clearly and were woken up.

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

i have used this place for a few years now, whenever i come to hangzhou. the reason is, the location is perfect, only a 5 minute ride from west lake. the price is really reasonable and the design of the rooms is both pretty and unique (they also have additional amenities like a washing machine and small kitchen, plus a seating area and fantastic views of the city). but most of all, by far and away the main reason to come is the staff. it doesnt matter what time of day or night, or whatever the problem or request is, they are only to happy to fix it. being a foreigner, communicating online makes it far easier for me and with their help the whole travel experience is smooth, pleasant and comfortable. i really couldn't praise them enough - fantastic!

A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

This mountain view room hotel is simply a paradise! In terms of service, we have to praise its high-quality service level. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, the staff welcomed us warmly and checked in efficiently and quickly. During the entire stay, no matter what problems we encountered, they always responded and solved them properly in the first time, making people feel meticulous care. The environment is even more beautiful and intoxicating. The hotel is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the surrounding mountains are lush and green, like a beautiful painting. There is a clear stream outside, and the stream flows gently, bringing bursts of coolness and tranquility. In the early morning, wake up to the sound of birds, open the window, and the fresh air blows in, making people feel particularly comfortable. In the evening, stroll along the stream and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the sunset on the water. It is very comfortable. The room is spacious and bright, the layout is warm and comfortable, and the facilities are complete. Looking out of the window of the room, the mountain view is in full view, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. In short, this mountain view room hotel is first-class in terms of service and environment. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of nature, this is definitely your best choice. Highly recommended!

I was upgraded to a business king room for free, with a bathtub. The environment and facilities are very good. The transportation is also very convenient, about 4 kilometers away from the West Lake. There is a tea shop outside the hotel, the Longjing tea sold is very delicious, if you want to drink it yourself, just buy the one that costs 900 yuan per catty. Turn right outside the hotel, and then turn left at the intersection to find a pork trotter rice restaurant. The dumplings and pot stickers in the morning are very delicious and fragrant. Turn left outside the hotel and walk to the end after crossing the traffic light, then continue to turn left at the end, turn right 50 meters and there is a Zhiweiguan selling specialties, Longjing Green Tea Egg Yolk Pastry is very good, you can take it home.

Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location
