This is a very good hotel. The room is spacious and bright, and the bed is comfortable, which allows me to enjoy a good sleep. The staff's warm service makes me feel warm. It makes me feel relaxed. The price-performance ratio is very high. The room facilities are very complete. It is very convenient to eat downstairs. The elevator goes directly to the underground first floor. The subway arrives in seconds. It is very convenient. A hotel worth recommending

The surrounding business circle, next to Qingchun Yintai Shopping Mall, the hotel is on the 501st floor of Hangzhou Building, the underground first floor directly connects to the subway station, there are many snacks on the snack street, the front desk staff has a good service attitude, the room is clean and tidy, and the whole building is very safe, recommended

I compared many hotels and finally chose this one. The only drawback is that it is not easy to find for the first time. After you stay once, you will find that the price/performance ratio is very high. It is equipped with a refrigerator, a washing machine, and a minus one There is a supermarket and restaurants right next to the building, which is very convenient! Will go again next time if necessary

房間乾淨，前台和客房服務人員服務周到，熱情，酒店附近有地鐵去西湖很方便，邊上還有慶春銀泰，501大廈，吃飯逛街非常方便，下次來杭州還好入住這家。

All is good, except some small faults: no place to hang clothes in the shower area, basin area is small. Happy with the self laundry service available at level 3.

The hotel is located in a very nice area. The family suite is nice as it has a large fridge and a washer/dryer. I feel that the place is a bit outdated as the bathtub has these brown stains and the pull down curtains didn’t work in the master bathroom. The floors felt grimy and there was dust in the corners of the rooms. One of the rooms was also missing a blanket , but we called housekeeping for it. The cleanliness can definitely be improved as the space is nice.

Environment: beyond my expectations Service: Not too good at all, I hope it can always be like this The overall feeling is really beyond my imagination because after all, the price is here, but the room hygiene and service are much better than the average five-star hotel. Highly recommended

The hotel is near the Hangzhou East Station. Breakfast is good, buffet style. They even provide washing machine and dryer on the 5th floor and there is a gym room next to it. Will recommend to families and friends.

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10
