Hotels near Wulin Branch of Zhejiang Provincial Museum, Hangzhou

The location and staff is good, but one thing I don't like is the processing of check in.My daughter is under 18 , they refused, but after that, they agreed when I get angry.I do not see this policy when I booked.And then, they asked me the Chinese number in order to contact me.Do travelers have to have Chinese number? They can contact by email.I lost 30mins to check in.I think the hotel should improve this.

I came to Hangzhou for six days and booked the most cost-effective hotel. The hotel I booked a few days ago was expensive, the room was small and the facilities were not good. I will go to Jinjiang directly for future travel. It is as good as always.

📍Looking for a hidden treasure house🏠 🌟The outside is under renovation and the location is a little hard to find, but when I found it, it was all worth it! 🌿The overall environment is really good, the scenery is pleasant, and there is a bustling shopping mall downstairs, with shopping and food all available! 💫Although there are some minor flaws, it does not affect my love for it at all. I strongly recommend it to everyone!

The rooms were clean and incredibly cozy, the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was a delightful culinary experience with a wide array of options to choose from. The quality and variety of food exceeded my expectations, and the staff's attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable and memorable hotel experience.

I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel in Hangzhou, China overall. It has quite a good accessibility to public transports, such as line 1 which connects other parts of the city and West Lake, one of the main attractions in Hangzhou and a high convenience in shopping with numerous convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The amenities were satisfying but I wish they could take more care of some small parts like cigarette smell in the room and hallway for instance.

I booked the Sunshine Tatami Room for 2 nights with my partner, and it was a pleasant stay throughout the days. We were being offered complimentary breakfast Chinese-western fusion style at the 11th floor for 2 nights, free coffee vouchers at Peets’ Coffee at the lobby and the hotel offered free laundry service on the 10th floor. The tatami room was big enough for us to lay our 28” luggages flat on the floor, and have a L shape sofa with a super big screen TV. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

This youth hostel has a very good price-performance ratio. It can be rented for more than 50 yuan. The guests who come here are very friendly. Most of them are young people and are easy to talk to. The front desk service is also very enthusiastic. Basically, they are responsive and can help you with any needs. The service staff is also very good. The pig intestine is really good, and the overall environment is clean and hygienic. The two cleaners clean very attentively. I give them a big thumbs up. It is also very convenient here, and the infrastructure is also very complete. There are washing machines and dryers, as well as 24-hour water dispensers and microwave ovens. There is a special laundry room with washing machines, dryers, and dryers. It is very convenient. If you have no objection, you can come to pick me up. Next time I will bring my friends to stay together, hehe

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

Great hotel with excellent facilities, only let down would be that there are not many English speakers and breakfast is only ok. Otherwise, rooms are spacious, clean, and have all your requirements from large screen tv with plenty of channels to rainfall shower, bamboo toothbrush to bathrobe.
