Hotels near Zhaoxiansi Former Site, Hangzhou

This is my second time staying at Xinxin Hotel. I came here once before the epidemic and had a very good impression. At sunrise, you can stroll freely on Baidi Su Causeway or take a rowboat to quietly enjoy the lake and mountains. When there are many tourists, you can explore the historical stories of the hotel itself. I stayed again this year. The hotel has been renovated. The Xizi Suite we stayed in is very suitable for families with older children. It has a living room and two rooms. The bathroom has two sinks, one high and one low. It is parent-child friendly. The living room and the room have south-facing balconies where you can wash and dry children's clothes. When I left, I left a T-shirt that was still drying. I am especially grateful to Xiao Yuan for calling to inquire and quickly sending me the SF Express express order. The work efficiency is very high👍👍👍

The.staff here, despite not speaking ANY English were EXCELLENT. They were so helpful, and genuinely tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible.The girl and boy who checked me in did a great job. Room was clean and spacious. Good shower, with plenty of hot water. Bed large and comfortable. AC did leak water into the room a couple of times, do hope that will be fixed. When checking out presented with a snack and small soft toy, a very thoughtful gesture. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10

I highly recommend this store. The service is very enthusiastic. The lady at the front desk is very cute and makes you feel at home. If you come across this store when you are on a business trip, you will feel really happy. The hotel facilities are complete and clean. It's really good!

The room is in an older apartment. I booked the room for the West Lake view which isn’t disappointing. Service is excellent with prompt response. Location is great: walking distance to West Lake with lots of restaurants nearby. The amenities are basic: a washer in the bathroom (no dryer), a microwave, but no silverware. When we first walked into the room, there was a smoke smell although we requested a non-smoking room and the building has a “non-smoking” sign. But from the second day, the smell subsided maybe because we left the AC on all day.

We experienced a premium hospitality stay here during our trip in Hangzhou. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming as they promptly provide our requests. The room is spacious and tidy . Kudos to the bed, it’s very comfortable to sleep on. We also love the fusion of the Western and Chinese breakfast style The location is also accessible to go around West Lake . Highly commendable for Hangzhou travelers. We will surely come back!

A super great experience, staying in a room overlooking the canal. Although the hotel has only been open for 1 month, the room is equipped with a machine that should be a Dyson. We opened a small window and felt that there was no smell, and the view was unbeatable. Emily at the front desk was very good. She would take the initiative to chat with us every time and send us downstairs to get a taxi, reflecting the warm service quality of Four Seasons. In the afternoon, I opened a bottle of Chardonnay with a friend outside the lobby bar. Facing the sunset and the canal, it was very pleasant to have a drink. The sommelier was a very cool girl with short hair. She shared with us that Four Seasons will change a lot of good wines next time. Sorry, I forgot her name. But because of her, I will go there to order wine and have a drink next time. Overall, food, drink, accommodation and transportation, a particularly good experience. Another reason to like Hangzhou

Great location in walking street of nansong yujie.just one station from west lake hubib also we walked from hubin to know more about city it take may be 20 minutes or half hour and have big mall you can take your meals. The staff is nice give us window view room .but the room is not big if you have big luggage will make inconvenience you move inside the room . if you want travel to west lake you can take bus 7 take you to hubin and broken bridge and suti and you can visit the most important tourist attractions in Hangzhou.

It's very safe to stay here. The hotel's sanitary conditions are very good. The sheets and towels were clean, and the bathroom was spotless. There is fresh air and clean environment in the room every day, giving people a feeling of home. The service staff cleans meticulously every day and is very considerate. The hygiene details of this hotel are really well done. I will choose here again next time!
