My father didn't see which button he pressed, and he didn't answer when asked again. When cooking noodles, my father asked him to cook a bowl of soup noodles. My father said, just add some soup, he was still impatient, only mixed noodles, and then reluctantly added a spoonful of soup, saying, it's up to you! My father returned to the table and asked me quietly, why is his attitude bad? I don't know either. I just think that the service industry is not easy. Giving one star will bury the efforts of other waiters. For example, the aunt who cleaned the room said very politely, ”Thank you and take care” when I took the initiative to say we checked out. We can't let such an excellent waiter down by not giving one star. However, this waiter in black clothes who is not professional at all should be asked to reflect on your hotel.

Good and clean hotel but it’s little hard to find due to location and it’s main gate is behind parking ! Powerlong shopping mall is nearest mall which have everything like many restaurants and best for shopping

I went out to play with my daughter and chose this hotel because of its superior location. The service was very good. But the room is really bad. The reason for the average rating is because of the good service. When we took the photo, we said there was only one room. The air conditioner in the room was louder than thunder, very noisy, and not soundproof at all. There were many people playing in the corridor at night, which was super annoying. The window in the room is connected to other rooms (this is not mentioned, it is usually introduced). There is no ventilation at all, and it feels very insecure. I dare not open it to sleep at night. If you turn on the air conditioner, it will be too noisy and cold to people. If you don't turn on the air conditioner, it will be too stuffy. Will not come again!

It was my first time to go to Hangzhou. I chose this hotel because it opened in 2023. New hotels are generally better, but this is indeed the case! The room is clean and tidy, the facilities and equipment are quite new, and they are easy to use; the mattress and pillow are also very comfortable, there is no noisy sound at night, the air quality outside is also very good, and the green coverage rate is very high. Because I drove, the air was fresh along the way, and I basically ate at Binjiang Baolong Plaza, which is a 10-minute drive from the hotel. The plaza has Hangzhou cuisine, Cantonese cuisine, and souvenirs. In short, I stayed in this store and was satisfied!

Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location

It was a great experience, even though I only stayed for one night. There were a lot of activities. I made a fan by myself. It was my first time to experience making a handmade fan. I felt very accomplished! I won the first place in the sandbag throwing competition and was given a portion of sweet and sour pork ribs👏. At the bonfire party in the evening, the little friend also experienced roasting marshmallows, which was very delicious😋. Finally, our housekeeper Xiaonan was also very enthusiastic. No matter when I asked her questions, she would answer me in time. She would also remind us before the activities, and the key was to remind us to eat breakfast, which was great for those of us who don't remember time🌟

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.
