Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, ήταν καθαρός χώρος και είχε ηρεμία. Το κλιματιστικό δεν λειτουργούσε , το αναφέραμε μας είπαν ότι θα το φροντίσουν και δεν έκαναν τίποτα και τα 4 μέρες που μείναμε!!! Το πρωινό σχεδόν ανύπαρκτο! Θα το ξανασκεφτώ για ξαναπάω.

The village of Hania, on top of mountain Pelion was specifically chosen due to excellent summer temperatures and splendid nature. Manthos Resort was chosen due to area's low summer temperature, mountainous/sea views and proximity both to gorges and Aegean sea and pet friendly character. People working at the hotel are friendly and helpful to both travelers and dogs. The resort's strong points are location, absence of noise, in-door pool, pet-friendliness, coffee and serving hours of the house tavern, excellent air-conditioning and en suite bathroom. I haven't tried the spa service. An extra effort on detailed cleaning of rooms and providing traditional (of the area) breakfast, would be largely appreciated. I do recommend the resort and I will definitely visit the resort in the future.

This hotel is really perfect, beautiful view, very nice and friendly staff (they speak perfect English and/or even French too), very good cook and excellent breakfast, the room is clean and well equipped with a balcony. The SPA is top. I really recommend this place !

Apart from the decoration / interior design of the restaurant, which was really nice, all the rest were a Waterloo. The grilled sausage was of strange taste (we consumed a lot of Coca Cola next day to feel better) and the pork steak was not enough grilled. Their cheese was spoiled (really dangerous to eat) and we informed the waiter accordingly. He informed the chef, he just left the plate with the spoiled cheese on our table and, in the end, he added it in the bill. There were moments that we could not find any personnel for assistance. Sadly, we cannot give a second chance to the restaurant.

Προσπάθησα να κάνω κράτηση για Φεβρουάριο πήρα τηλέφωνο 4 φορές να κάνω κράτηση κάθε φορά μου έδωσαν διαφορετικές τιμές και όταν ζήτησα να μιλήσω με τον υπεύθυνο και τον ρώτησα την χρέωση και ότι 4 ημέρες παλεύω να βγάλω άκρη η απάντηση του ήταν οποία γουστάρω εγώ είναι η τιμή και δεν με νοιάζει τη σου είπαν στην υποδοχή εγώ είμαι το αφεντικό και κάνω ότι θέλω!!! Και ρωτάω πως λειτουργεί αυτό （ κατάλυμα） ?????

We stayed at this hotel for two nights on a walking holiday of the Pelion. Sadly the place was deserted and had zilch atmosphere. The food had been lauded as excellent but as vegetarians we were offered “salad or salad” despite our guide telling us most Greeks cooked veggie food. Needless to say the salad cost more than in other restaurants. The advert mentioned a swimming pool and sauna but the pool was colder than the sea with no obvious circulation or filters. We were told the charge per person for the sauna was €40. Clearly this hotel was once magnificent. It seems to have faded and has a certain interest as a result.

Μια καταπληκτικη διαμονη στα 1300 περιπου μετρα υψομετρο, σε αποσταση ανασας απο το χιονοδρομικο κεντρο, με ενα ανετο και καθαρο δωματιο με ενα επισης υπεροχο μπανιο, υπεροχο πρωινο, και προπαντων φιλικοτατο και ευγενεστατο προσωπικο, μακρια απο τη φασαρια της Πορταριας. Ευχαριστουμε και θα ξαναρθουμε !

Περάσαμε 3 μέρες στο ξενοδοχείο και είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν! Έχει εσωτερική θερμαινόμενη πισίνα （αλλά ήταν κλειστή λόγω πανδημίας）, άνετο & καθαρό δωμάτιο και μια απίστευτη θέα στο βουνό!!! Ωραίο πρωινό και τραπέζια στη βεράντα με θέα τη φύση. Επίσης είδαμε πως διαθέτουν και γήπεδα αθλημάτων! Η περιοχή είναι πανέμορφη και εξαιρετική για πεζοπορία ή και χιονοπολεμο :）

Η εξυπηρετηση ήταν απαράδεκτη! Αρχικά, περιμέναμε 2 ώρες στην αίθουσα αναμονής για να μπορέσουμε να μπούμε στο δωμάτιο μας （είχαμε φτάσει στις 15:00）. Επιπλέον, είχαμε πάει με την παρέα μας και, ενώ πληρώσαμε ακριβώς το ίδιο χρηματικό ποσό, εμείς είχαμε το μισό σε χώρο δωμάτιο. Ζητήσαμε να μας αλλάξουν γιατί το δωμάτιο μας δεν αντιστοιχεί σε αυτά που πληρώσαμε, και η απάντηση τους ήταν "σας κάναμε αναβάθμιση το δωμάτιο και επιπλέον έχετε θέα τα δέντρα του βουνού, δεν μπορώ καταλάβω γιατί το ζητάτε αυτό.. αν θέλετε μπορούμε να σας βάλουμε στα οικονομικά δωμάτια που κλείσατε αρχικά, τα οποία είναι επίσης μικρά"... λες και μας κάνει την χάρη δίνοντας μας "αναβαθμισμενο" δωμάτιο. Οι φίλοι μας από την άλλη ζήτησαν να επισκευάσουν το κουρτινοξυλο που έπεσε και η ρεσεψιόν τους έλεγε επανειλημμένα "θα ερθει σε 15 λεπτά". Εν τέλει δεν ήρθε ποτέ. Τέλος, η καθαριότητα παρουσίαζε ελλείψεις. Σε μας υπήρχαν λεκέδες στα μαξιλάρια, ενώ μια μέρα δεν ήρθαν ποτέ για να καθαρισουν το δωμάτιο. Το μόνο καλό ήταν η διακόσμηση και το εστιατόριο. Οι σερβιτόροι πολύ καλά παιδιά και εξυπηρετικά, σε αντίθεση με τη ρεσεψιόν που δεν ήξεραν που παν τα 4.
