Super clean and super comfy bed! Spacious and all the staff are helpful. Will definitely book this again when I go back to Hanoi! Worth every penny!

Spacious room for the 5 of our family, 3 adults 2 children.
the receptionis Mint, is really helpfull. hers english is excellent, she also help us to arrange the trip to Sapa.
We'll be return to this hotel on our next visit to Hanoi.

Good location, great service, okay breakfast. However, I stayed on the 4th floor but can smell food (possibly from the hotel’s breakfast preparation) and hear noises (from cleaning of the nearby rooms) since early morning every day.

Well, trong vài ngày ra Hà Nội công tác mình đã có những trải nghiệm khá tốt, lễ tân hay các nhân viên tại đây tiếp đón rất niềm nở, hỗ trợ cũng thực sự tốt cho dù lịch trình của mình có lúc phải check in hay out muộn vẫn luôn tươi cười niềm nở đón tiếp, thật sự cảm ơn sự đón tiếp của các bạn. Ngoài ra phòng ốc dọn dẹp cũng rất gọn, đầy đủ tiện nghi giúp mình nghỉ ngơi thoải mái trong vài ngày công tác tại đây

The trip was fun and I will come back. The staff welcomed me very attentively and warmly. I was very impressed with the receptionists and the security guard here because of their enthusiasm from the time I arrived at the hotel until I checked out. They made me really feel that this is a heartfelt service, because I also work in the service industry. The hotel is small and extremely fragrant (from the lobby to the bathroom in the room). The room is also pretty, although a bit small, but with my requirements, it is just enough. Rate the hotel 9.9/10
