環境：酒店位置很好 周邊吃的很多 距離還劍湖三五分鐘就到了
服務：退房的時候送了手沖咖啡的工具還有一包咖啡 服務員把箱子拉到出租車上面 關上車門態度非常好
設施：房間設施一般 其它還好 早餐也不錯 每天有更換

The amazing service I received from all the staff at the Splendid Premium Hotel, was absolutely fabulous. Every little detail has been thought of & their personal concierge team made my first few days in Vietnam feel so special. Ms Van in particular was amazing & attentive. She even packed a lunch box of fresh fruit, water & Vietnamese coffee to take on my journey to my next destination. I always felt safe & the hotel was central of the Hoan Kiem lake in the Old Quarter. The breakfast was delicious, as were the cocktails from the rooftop bar & Swimming pool. The pool area is so amazing. i would highly recommend staying here if you are a couple looking to explore the beautiful area of hanoi !!

Based on Ctrip ratings. Rated 4.7. Not true. The check-in hall is well decorated and the front desk staff have good service attitude, but the rooms are old. Poor sanitary conditions. The quilts were not covered and were very worn. Luckily I brought my own disposable sheets. Otherwise it would be unbearable for me. I booked a standard room. The front desk enthusiastically upgraded me to a room, but it was ridiculous, it turned out to be a room for 4 people. One large bed and two small beds. Ordinary two-person rooms are very, very small.
