The location was good and the facility was clean. I used it on a solo trip, but I would like to come again. I was a bit concerned about the water in the shower, but other than that there were no other inconveniences.

Had an amazing time there! Location was awesome at old quarters, walkable to the lake, note coffee, Pizza 4Ps, train street, bus office to Sapa, and delicious food joints. Staffs were all so friendly and gave us a map to explore the area around. Best part of the hotel is their basement bar, super vibes!! You gotta book a stay here. Also breakfast was at the roof so that’s a bonus!

I took a taxi to leave the hotel on Saturday night, when the old town restricted vehicles to become a walking street, the bellman took the initiative to carry my luggage all the way to Hang Trong.
