Nice hotel at the heart of Hanoi. It's a bit small but really clean & located in the Old Quarter so you can find some good restaurants & delicious local food within walking distance. Staff are friendly & helpful. Would love to stay here again if we visit Hanoi in the future.

It's a super convenient hotel if you want to go many historical and cultural places and also many places to go out, eat and have coffee or drinks.
Hotel is clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately, I was in the second floor and the noise was too much from the lobby (first floor) they should be more quiet and pay attention about it. I didn't complain because it was only one night but if I stay longer it will be an issue.
Anyway, nice experience in this hotel.

The hotel is nothing like what is shown in the photos. It’s really ran down. The bath tub was not properly installed to the wall so water gets over the sides and run underneath the tub, there is also no shower curtain so all in all these issues leaves the bathroom soaked when you shower. The bathroom overall is not what is advertised. The towels were old, the ones placed on the floor were discolored. There was dust in different places in the room, the kettle was rusty so I didn’t even want to use it when I needed to make a cup of tea. The building is old and not thoroughly cleaned. I wish photos of this hotel when it was initially opened, decent and modern were not advertised only to be highly disappointed after arriving. It’s really a scam to do this! I didn’t even bother to take photos. I was just beyond disappointed
I would only recommend an overnight stay at this hotel and that’s if you have no other option or you don’t mind a run down place. The staff however were very polite and helpful.

Family suite was on top floor. Very affordable and super convenient location but place is old. Good time to renovate everything. Staff are super friendly and helpful-especially Moon at front desk. She arranged for transportation/tours even after we checked out.
