Exceeded expectations.
The quality is decent.
I arrived during the day with light luggage, so I could walk from the airport. Getting a Grab car was easy, and I had no issues catching my early morning flight. The hotel's car service was pricier, so I opted not to use it.
The hotel is located in a village-like area, but it's much quieter than similar villages in China, which I appreciated. The hotel itself is average but gets the job done. Compared to standard hotels worldwide, it's quite clean. I wouldn't recommend it for those who are particular, but it's a good option if you don't want any hassle. Also, all the small hotels near the airport listed on Ctrip are clustered together; you'll see them on the way, so there's no need to choose specific ones. :)
Good hotel, stayed because I arrived late in the evening. I walked there in about 15-20 minutes (not the most pleasant walk in the dark, but I wanted to walk and had problems with the taxi app).
They checked me in in a minute, the room was clean, the bed linen and towel were snow-white, the mattress was quite hard. The room had 2 bottles of water and a hygiene kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, shower gel). The hot water pressure is good, the water flows next to the toilet (like almost everywhere in Asia). Overall, it was quiet. For breakfast I took coffee and scrambled eggs, they also gave me a bottle of water (50k dong). Taxi Maxim to the airport is 20k dong (I went there to catch the express bus n86 to the city center, 45k dong), because the closest bus to the hotel makes a lot of stops along the way).
From the hotel they offer a taxi to the city for 250k dong (in taxi Maxim the price is 243k, I don’t know about Grub, so the price is normal).
Cons:
- Only general lighting, not enough bedside lightin;
If you go on foot: almost immediately to the right of the airport there is a sidewalk. Walk along it, then you need to cross a wooden bridge. Several times you will have to go to the side of the road. Then you need to go through a payment terminal for cars. Go straight until you see a sidewalk. At the beginning of the perpendicular street, where you need to turn to go to the hotel, there is a pedestrian crossing across the road.
The TV didn't work. Other than that, it was an excellent room with nothing to complain about. The area around the hotel was quite dangerous, but the restaurant seemed very peaceful, even though the owner and guests seemed very unsafe. I went to a nearby store to buy some shochu, but the staff told me about another store, but it was closed. The staff opened some shochu from home, put it in a bottle, and shared it with me.

The hotel is perfect if you are in transit. It’s very close to the airport, and the pickup service works excellently. The staff at the reception are extremely polite and helpful. The hotel offers everything you need — a restaurant, a swimming pool, and exceptional rooms that are absolutely clean. The prices are also hard to beat.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a comfortable and convenient stay during transit.
You get what you paid for, my opinion this might be the best 3 star hotel with the lowest price and the location is great. Try not to get lured by taxis charging too much, just use Grab otherwise you will end up paying 4 times more than what the airport transfer rates are.
Nice to stay when you arrive after a Long Flight as it’s so close to the airport! Room was clean and comfortable and perfectly fine for the cheap price. It was very quiet at night too.
This hotel is very close to the airport, just a four-minute drive away. Getting to the city center takes about 40-50 minutes. There's a great Vietnamese beef pho place nearby and an excellent massage parlor behind the hotel, making it perfect for a layover. The lobby was quite hot with only fans, and the front desk staff only spoke basic English. They can arrange airport transfers for 100k VND.
I chose this hotel as I was traveling alone as a woman on a flight that arrived at 2am.
I considered another hotel within walking distance, but walking at 2am was scary, so I chose this hotel which I could reach by taxi for a low price.
The room was clean, but there was hair and dirt in the bathroom, and I wondered how long the amenities had been there.
There was a hair dryer in the dresser drawer, but when I turned it on it got hot and smoke came out, so I turned it off right away. The breaker tripped in the morning, and although it was a good thing that it wasn't that hot during that time of the year, the lights didn't come on and the elevators stopped working.
Considering the price and the late-night flight, I guess it couldn't be helped.
I stayed here for one night before my morning flight. The hotel is super close to the airport and very convenient. The staff was kind and helped me book a taxi at 4 AM. Clean room, good wifi, and comfy bed. Perfect for a transit stay near Hanoi Airport!
I have to give this a great review; it's the most satisfying stay I've had near Hanoi Airport. Breakfast is provided, and most importantly, there's free airport shuttle service! The room was also very clean, and the front desk staff spoke excellent English. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

KKate UralThe place is nice and located close to the airport. Friendly staff, but you have to use a translator to communicate. Bed sheets are very clean and smells good.
😭 regardless on it, I had a misunderstanding with a receptionist lady and she asked to pay CASH for my ALREADY booked and payed room. Also she didn’t provide an invoice.
GGuest UserGreat value for money with excellent service. This place is very accommodating for Chinese guests. The owner was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They also provide airport transfers. Excellent, I'll definitely be back!
WWojiushibuyiyangdeshuaigeFacilities: OK OK OK OK OK OK🤣🤣
Hygiene: Good, clean, clean, clean, clean😃😃
Environment: OK OK OK OK OK OK🥰🥰
Service: Good, airport pick-up service is provided, but it is at your own expense😛😛
GGuest UserService is ok, the landscape is also chill, there is a swimming pool, but I go boating with a bath in the pool, I am allergic not due to the lake water or swimming pool water, but in general it is ok, cheap, good service quality, worth trying.
GGuest UserIt was an so so experience. Don’t expect much of the room and its location. Hotel didn’t bother with breakfast if you paid for it and have an early flight
AAnonymous UserThe room was very old and run down. It's quite close to the airport, only a 10-minute walk, but the path from the airport to the hotel isn't a sidewalk, it's a highway. It was hard to find and pretty scary walking alone at night. Honestly, it's just as convenient to take a Didi or Grab straight to the city center, and for the same price, you'd get a much better room there. Also, the hotel's exchange rate for currency is terrible, I definitely don't recommend it.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport, suitable for friends flying early. In addition, the owner is very good. In the morning, we were late for the car we called by grab. The owner was very enthusiastic. He called for a taxi and told us the price. .
