第一次住中央大街柏博酒店是在2020年，在這裏遇到了很貼心的姐姐花姐，給我們升級了酒店的房間，服務周到熱情，時隔四年來到哈爾濱，我又選擇住在了柏博酒店，好像回到了當年，服務還是那麼的好，地理位置方便，而且還有免費的停車場！
