洗臉盆下水漏水，電話機不響，定的是家庭房，卻是按照雙床房佈置的用品，跟前台説了也沒有處理，更不能接受的是惡意推銷會員卡，29號下午問詢前台再續住一晚是否可以，前台説原來的房型沒有了，那有沒有其他房型呢？前台答覆説有，但價格會高點，問多少？在電腦上查詢了半天説是448元，原來定的2晚是699元，想着也就多了幾十元，就付款定了無窗大床房，前台説為我辦了會員卡。回到房間閑着沒事再看看攜程上是不是真的沒有房間了，一看攜程上價格，同樣的房型衹要377元，因房間電話是壞的，衹好又趕到前台問詢為什麼現場和網上價格不一樣？這時換了一個服務員，説要想便宜可以在網上訂房，我的價格貴是因為辦會員卡多收了89元，實際房價衹有359元，還可以用早餐，可是前面那位在為我辦會員卡的時候也沒告知我房費是這樣組成的啊！也沒告訴我可以用早餐（不是酒店用餐，跟外面早餐店合作的那種），最後果斷要求退了會員卡和房費，重新在攜程上又續住了一晚。

非常不好的一次體驗，也走過了一些城市，從來沒遇到過這種事情，沒想到在自己的家鄉反而遇到了，退房後都回到家了，被電話告知被罩臟了需要賠付200多，説被罩是特殊材質洗不掉，可是入住的時候並沒有工作人員告知這個事情，後來看視頻是孩子吃雪糕滴在上面了，最後賠付60元清洗費！

隔壁KTV大半夜開始蹦迪，吵的要命，睡不好覺。訂的有窗大床房結果是暗窗根本看不見外面，特別不值錢，不如無窗了都。
