房間無窗！有空調不工作且沒人修！室內空氣質量極差！沒有停車位！有收費停車位每小時七元上不封頂！無語中！！！

房間雖然升級了有窗的房間，但是還是非常小，地道的老式賓館，廁所洗澡的地方衹有一人身位，挨着馬桶，轉身都很困難，屋裡所有的東西都計費，包括紙巾，水，一次性拖鞋等等，甚至充電器都衹能免費充五分鐘，接下來就要計費了，屋子裡有味道，床緊挨着廁所的玻璃隔板，上廁所會很吵，價格在中央大街已經算便宜了，對面的馬迭爾洗浴大床房跟它衹差20塊錢，卻比這家的房間大出一倍，乾淨衞生服務還很好，沒有惡意想要摸黑這家店，衹希望去哈爾濱的朋友能夠仔細甄選住宿，有一次不錯的旅行。
