唯一的好處就是價格低，住在最上層，不是很乾凈，被子枕頭沒打擾，都是顧客自己套一次性的，床邊很臟，裏面有很多垃圾沒打擾，有的廢棄瓶子裏裝着黃色的液體，看着噁心，我看其他位置還行，要舒服就別買這個價位的，可以買稍微貴一點的床位，大房間裏住的人很多

設施那些就還行，但是氣味真的太不能接受了！我住的四人間，還不如住外面的大通鋪。四人間裏有人應該是長住，裏面堆滿了她的個人用品。而且重要的是也不怎麼講衞生，房間也不通風，一股味。我進到房間裏聞到那股讓人窒息的味兒都快要昏厥了。這是第一次嘗試民宿，以後再也不會住民宿了。

來道外區巴洛克風情街遊覽順便訂了這家旅店，就在巴洛克風情街附近。巴洛克風情街看看這種西式建築，但給人感覺沒啥太好逛的。旅店交通挺好，離地鐵站公交站不遠。旅店價格估計在這兒屬於很低了，衞生設施環境啥的也能過得去，反正就是休息一下。

25號住了一晚上我本來是那種3層左右小床，想25號退房就多加錢住的6人間，本來想更好一些，沒想到還不如3層小床，這6人間房間裏面的床睡覺有股臭味聞了是木板的上面，木板是腥臭的木板，給我的三件套是我鋪好後發現床單有污漬的，，房間裏面住的的兩個對面阿姨很吵大晚上3點不睡覺視屏通話打擾我休息，，我第二天我女生一個人在公共廁所馬桶坐着2小時睡著了。

這家青年旅舍真心不怎麼樣 我定的是下中鋪 阿姨咬定我是上鋪 讓我加錢才能住中下鋪 要不是當初我自己下單的時候留意了一下 找前台核對 前台才跟我説是她們搞錯了 而且前台的態度也蠻差的 全程沒有聽到她們説一句抱歉的話 還是換個別人 豈不是被你們框了

有錢儘量別來，需要自己換上被套並在離開的時候摘下來，空間狹小，很悶，室友半夜不睡覺很吵，但基礎設施比較完善，有飲用水有熱水，大廳乾淨。
