This stay was great! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. Nearby attractions are just a stone's throw away, saving a lot of time and effort during sightseeing. The room had an expansive view with fantastic scenery outside the window, which was very pleasing to the eye. It was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The staff were warm and attentive, check-in and check-out were efficient, and any issues were promptly addressed. Overall, the stay was comfortable and relaxing, offering great value for money. It's perfect whether you're traveling or just need a short stopover. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and highly recommend it to friends coming to visit.

The location isn't on a main road, and it's a 13-minute walk from the subway. The facilities are decent, and the staff were polite. Breakfast was just okay. The room always had a persistent, unpleasant smell, like disinfectant, which was really off-putting. During my stay, the hotel was cleaning carpets, which affected the overall environment. Plus, the air conditioning wasn't very effective, and after running for a while, it started smelling damp. I'm surprised a hotel built in 2019 is already like this... No room photos, only scenic shots...

They also have a dedicated parking lot, which is great if you're driving. The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming. They even gave us a free room upgrade upon check-in! The room was spacious and super comfortable, with attention to every detail. If you're coming to Harbin by high-speed train, this is the place to book!

Facilities: Relatively complete, though the room size is a bit on the smaller side. Cleanliness: Spotlessly clean, no hidden corners. Environment: Conveniently located about a fifteen-minute drive from the Ice and Snow World. However, it's a bit further if you're heading to Central Street or other similar attractions. Service: The service quality is excellent. Special commendation goes to the restaurant staff, who were warm and responsive. You should definitely try the night-time barbecue; it's delicious!
