The room was nice and spacious, it was clean and comfortable. The room was heated to a good temperature when I arrived. All staff, reception, bar and waitress were all helpful and smiley.

Very friendly and welcoming, We stayed for breakfast and it was lovely no problems what so ever, we would stay there again lovely staff.
Room nice and clean it was really hot this weekend and they had a fan going in the room when we checked in.

Sarah was very helpful, I’d booked the wrong 3days . I wasn’t able to stop there at Harrogate west park , but Sarah sorted out for me at skipton . After spending one and a half hrs helping us. . So thank you Sarah for everything. J b was very stressed and he is diabetic cost another £187 plus £227 which was we’d already paid but we had a bigger room . Travel lodge it cost over £400 for 3 nights a little more than we expected

Good location, five minute walk into town. Parking is extra, we paid £10 for roughly 36 hours parking in multi storey car park next to hotel. Bar/Breakfast area is small but well stocked. Although dogs are allowed in some rooms they are not allowed in bar area or dining room. Staff very friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast, good choice and lots of it. All in all it’s what you should expect from this hotel chain. Would I stay here again? Yes, but not with my dogs.

Comfortable beds and extremely helpful, polite and friendly staff. Great breakfast! The garage was very convenient and the town was on our doorstep. I think a second set of towels would be welcomed by most couples, as mights toilet brush but those are minor details.

We chose The meal deal ,what a mistake,it was a microwave meal pie mash and peas ,when it came the gravy was stone cold along with the mash and peas ,we had to send it back twice and could see where the mash had been scraped off the plate and thrown back on ,the peas were still frozen on the plate!! , how hard is it to get a microwave meal hot ? We were the only ones eating at the time so it wasn’t due to a rush I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Noise from local bars until 3/4am. Don't stay here if you're looking for a good night's sleep. I've stayed in 2 different rooms in different parts of the hotel and had the same issue in both.

Fabulous location, lovely quiet family room, clean and perfect for our stay. Breakfast was good plenty of choice and regularly checked and replenished by staff. Staff friendly and helpful throughout stay 🌸 Parked in multi storey adjacent to hotel was so reasonably priced.

Great stay. Prices of drinks were expensive. Breakfast could of been better. But we had a great nights sleep. Hardly any storage space.
