Unglaublich und unflexibel. Im Juli 2024 waren wir für zwei Nächte hier zum Familientreffen mit neun Personen. Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich sehr schön und geschmackvoll. Schade, dass die Klimaanlage noch nicht angeschlossen ist - bei 35 Grad sehr wünschenswert. Schwer auf den Arm genommen fühlt man sich, wenn man auf den täglichen Zimmerservice verzichtet und dann das dafür versprochene Präsent sieht: wir hatten eine Art Pixiebuch "Dinosaurier", die anderen Pixiebücher Weihnachts- und Nikolausgeschichte. Nein, wir alle waren ohne Kinder vor Ort und sind alle Ü60... Eine Tischreservierung für neun Personen zum Frühstück war generell nicht möglich, wie man uns - sehr barsch - mitteilte. Man bot uns jedoch einen Tisch in einem sonnigen Raum, ohne Klimaanlage, an. Bei 35 Grad Celsius. Ein sehr guter Service in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel für ein Familientreffen... Fazit: nie wieder! Wir brauchen keine Pixiebücher, möchten nur Zeit miteinander verbringen...
