Good location within easy walking distance of the Altstadt and the Central Station.
Not much in the way of amenities in the hotel - no bar or restaurant but plenty nearby.
Staff were helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the facilities in the hotel are complete, and the rooms are clean and tidy. I was checked in at 11:00 am, which was a great experience.

The room is big and nice for the price. It is an unmanned system in the evening, so you have to check in at the front door at the machine. I arrived late at night and was embarrassed because no one was there.

Excellent accommodation. Very easy self check-in via kiosk, so it was no problems to arrive late. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I did not like the pillows. Excellent location in between the old town and train station. Safe and quiet. Would highly recommend!

Das Hotel war super für Preisleistung und sehr sauber. Die Bettmatratze war etwas hart. Dafür war das Zimmer sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen Zwischen Bahhof und Innenstadt.

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Hotel.
Die Zimmereinrichtung ist schlicht, aber alles ist sauber und das Haus sehr gepflegt. Mit dem Personal hatten wir keinen Kontakt, weil es ein CheckIn-Automaten gibt und zum Checkout einfach die Zimmerkarten in den Briefkasten geworfen werden.
Die Lage ist toll, mitten in der Weststadt und in Laufdistanz zum Hbf und Heidelberg.
Wir würden wieder dort buchen, und ist die Ausstattung völlig ausreichend und für den Preis ist das top. Man ist ja eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs.

Sehr netter Service, gut gelegen,ruhig und sauber. Das Hotel entspricht genau der Beschreibung Zimmer sehr unterschiedlich groß, aber alle zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr bequeme Betten. Frühstück haben wir vermisst aber so war’s ja in der Ausschreibung geschrieben. Wir waren auf jeden Fall sehr zufrieden und können es für ein Wochenende in der Stadt empfehlen.
