環境很棒，在山上。有很多鳥。天氣好的情況可以看山下景色。
有公交，離纜車站非常近，不自駕可以選擇做纜車。
酒店內部挺新的，房間不大，望出去景觀不錯。

Amazing hotel, fabulous views in a stunning location. Very easy to get up and down to the city via the funicular railway. Real highlight of our trip.

Vi uppskattade utsikten och väldigt bra bemötande, blev även uppgraderade med utsikt mot stad. Mysigt rum men en unken lukt i badrummet drog ned betyget. God mat i restaurangen extremt stora portioner kanske lite väl stora. Bra service i restaurangen men personalen började stänga genom att ta ned parasoller medan vi åt. Vi tog kaffe och avec i baren mycket trevligt och bra service. Bra men inte fantastisk frukost. Ett ställe när man har lite mer tid och inte bara på genomresa så att man hinner uppleva bergbana och gamla Heidelberg. Jag tror vi återkommer 😀

Das Hotelzimmer ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und modern, wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt.
Leider ist die Begrüssung an der Rezeption nur mittelmäßig und der Service im Restaurant sehr schlecht.
Komfort im Hotel und Qualität im Restaurant passen überhaupt nicht zusammen. Wir haben selten so schlecht gegessen, wie hier und als wir bei der Nachfrage, ob alles okay war, wahrheitsgemäß geantwortet haben, wurden wir von der Bedienung barsch angeredet, dass wir selber schuld wären, wenn wir das Essen konsumiert hätten. Leider nie wieder Berggasthof!
