Great location at a good price. Walking distance to all the Octoberfest activities. The room was not very comfortable. Mold around bathtub and maid didn't clean very well.

Room and bathroom were generously sized. Very clean, beds were comfortable, and staff upon check-in was very kind/helpful.

Location perfect. Hotel not so much. Cannot beat the location. Hotel is dated which is ok. However, it is not clean. Basic clean. Vacuum elevator. Vacuum halls. Room ok. Great balcony overlooking river but just not clean. Sink doesn't drain. Floor not vaccumed.

I am astounded that this is a Hilton hotel. Everything from the parking lot, to the trash littered stairs leading to the lobby, to the lobby itself, and the breakfast area and the room were disgusting. We literally witnessed a staff member walk by piles of trash on the stairs and not pick any of it up. This type of indifference is crazy to me. The front desk person did not even smile or greet us as we walked in. I would never recommend this hotel. To add to it we paid for a Riverview room and it overlooks a dirty parking lot and unkempt pool. You can barely see the river. Stay away! Helen has a bit of a rundown feel anyway. This place tops it off.

Everyone at the hotel was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was really nice. Big screen tv for the rainy day. Loved the balcony facing the river.
