酒店環境和衞生都不錯，管家小陳服務也很貼心，有什麼事都會及時迴應和推薦活動
訂的酒店的遊玩套票，項目挺多的，很豐富，提前安排好時間去遊玩。去之前看好天氣預報，沒下雨的話基本都可以玩

棕櫚樹客房整體是滿意的，客房服務員每次見到都會打招呼，但是但是樂園和早餐就不行了，樂園非住客有點多，天氣熱的時候沒什麼人，一到四五點之後烏拉烏拉一大羣，很明顯是周邊本地居民的遊客來了，完全沒了舒適度假的感覺，早餐餐廳小，人多擁擠排隊，吃的東西質量也不高，連外面桔子酒店都比不上，這個水平住民宿公寓勉強合格，但是一千大幾住棕櫚樹太冤大頭了，不會再去了

服務態度很好，景區環境也不錯，因為週末人多，温泉體驗感較差，恐龍島水樂園最好玩，萌寵樂園動物太少，衞生不太好
