Amazing peaceful place. The facilities are great and the staff couldn’t be better. Unfortunately the time we visited wasn’t the best in terms of weather but we knew that Sri Lanka’s West side wasn’t at its best. However the beach was great for long walks. The food here is really good….well done chef. :)

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, thanks largely to the amazing and caring staff. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. The team, Mr. Rohan, Mr. Mohan and Mr. Kalana, truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel special, and it made all the difference in my experience. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for exceptional service and a genuine touch of hospitality.

Perfect beach side holiday villa. Waves crashing on the beach will be the soundtrack of your trip. Great and friendly staff will look after all your needs. Amazing Sri Lankan food. Ideal location for exploring up and down the coastline to Galle and the turtle sanctuary.

The Taru villa is a little paradise. We were guests of Moha, Kalana and fem's super nice manager for a week. Every wish was read from our eyes! we will definitely come back! Thank you! Sandra, Pierfrancesco, Christina and little Ella from Switzerland

Based on the Reputation of Taru Villas of luxury and good food we spent 3 nights there, the location made it enjoyable. It did not start well with the booking. We were quoted different prices and eventually settled at a much higher cost than similar local villas. We stayed in the front room which is well equipped and comfortable. The atmosphere of the Villa is not wonderful. The white walls and shutters give the feeling of an institution, not a Tropical Holiday villa. It has a tiny pool, actually a plunge pool and with the sea unseasonably rough it meant swimming was impossible. The food was variable. Sometimes good, but mostly acceptable only There were three different chefs for the three days! The Villa Manager Rohan was wonderful and made our stay. Sadly we were disappointed with our first visit to Taru Villas. Hope that next time we will find a place to match Talu Villas’ reputation.

We are currently staying this property and what a disappointment. Other than our rooms, nothing else seems to be prepped in this villa. Pool was very dirty 🤢 and bathrooms only had hot water and the regular water line was not working. The place looks NOTHING as per images used to advertise the place. I have pictures of the dirty pool - so if the establishment denies so, I have proof. Tried calling the reservation number, they don’t pick up at all. It’s like they are ignoring it. I have stayed at Taru Villas Negombo and had a wonderful time. This is a big vast contrast. With a charge of Rs 100,000 per night, this is absolutely ridiculous. Really disappointed and a tarnish on their brand image. Will think twice before booking again.

A really great villa run by exceptional staff. We had a great time, the service was awesome and the location is perfect. It's a 2 bedroom villa but we were just two people, no problem. Rohan and his team run a tight ship, the place was immaculate the whole time and they even accommodated our ridiculous arrival time. They gave us good advice on things to do and see and they helped arrange transport when we needed it. A great trip, highly recommended.

Отдыхали на вилле с подругой, безумно все понравилось: чисто, в паре шагов океан, персонал выше всех похвал (дружелюбные,заботливые,помогали в любом вопросе и при этом они были незаметны). Я много где отдыхала и могу смело сказать, что пятибальной оценки для виллы мало, она заслуживает все 6 звёзд!!! Фотографии добавлю чуть позже. Огромная благодарность хозяевам виллы и всему персоналу за невероятно качественный отдых!!

We stayed at Taru Villas for Christmas. It’s a 2 room villa which is cosy and beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quite nice and has the basic luxuries for your stay. Property itself it not that big but it gives you enough privacy. There is a plunge pool to relax in. The beach is so beautiful and we much enjoyed a dip in the sea. Overall the experience on the food could have improved. While the food was nice and felt content, we felt the presentation could have been better in terms of portion size and dishing out. For Christmas Eve we were given a grand dinner. Each morning we were greeted with kurumba drink which is to die for.
