We are upset by all the whole!
Firstly no email feedbacks from the owner / Operator, hence, we don’t have advance communication!
Surely we always not rely on the pictures shown on website, but it really status is much far from the expectation (I would say only 10% as max)
1) They changed another flat to us when we arrived at about 3:30-4:00 pm. We are tired and did not check up before we accepted.
2) The flat is just half clean and tidy up. They placed towels but no shampoo, toothpaste and even toilet paper. The used tea bags remain in the teapot. Pillows and bed sheets seems changed but overall furniture looks looks uncleaned.
3) one of the four rooms is actually a store room without windows nor air com. The other room has not cabinet for cloths. Moreover, some damages can be find in every part of the house.
Well luckily the WiFi is worked, flush water is normal, hot water shower is available….downstairs just have a convenient store and you can easily buy what you need. The location is perfect of course.
Frankly this is the worst experience I got for my travelling life. You may see the difference between the web pictures and real photos below
