We arrived at almost midnight really tired and they told us that one of the rooms had the AC broken and that we had to be taken to another hotel (cheaper and with bad location), we asked them to stay there even with the broken AC and they said no, we looked other reviews and we realized that they overbooked the hotel all the time in order to charge the Ruby price and make the people stay in the cheapest one. The could tell us in advance but they waited until we arrived, playing with our time. Fortunately the 25 hotel close to this awful Ruby hotel had available rooms. It's a shame that we cannot review the hotel in booking because this hotel doesn't deserve the score they had.
