Posting on the site is confusing the room photos they are showing is not accurate to the package rate. I book a room for a couple but when we arrived to check in they put us to their bunk beds, we ask if they can move us to their normal hotel type of rooms but they are charging us full rates. They don’t even provide towels, only one key so whenever you want to go out to use the toilet you need to unplugged the master key in order for you to open the main door, so it will left your companion no power source. We pay for 2 nights but we decided to stay for 1 night and did not get any refund. Definitely not recommending this. There are many other best options not coming back to this place

Unfortunately I was only able to use the pool once. There is no supervision at the swimming pool and there was a group of partygoer there every day , taking up the entire spaced which is not an issue , but throwing their belongings on Every lounge chair , table and even the restaurant tables and chair , throwing trash on the floor, being extremely loud and burping all around, while blasting loud music non stop
It’s not the staff fault but could use some supervision.
Apart from this everyone was super friendly and professional and the room was comfy and clean

It looks like the hotel has been in process of upgrading. Every thing is new except the table phone, it's old and outdated, it's should be replaced..Enjoy swimming in the pool on hot and hazy summer is a great experience since the 1st day checking in with the hotel. Will come again.
