Vivian Saigon Hotel was so nice, they also offered quarantine and covid test. The food was amazing and they bring meals to your room every day if you wish. They bring different meals every time so you have the best different Vietnamese foods! The location was also nice with food shops, hair dresser and Vietnamese massage close-by. The bed and room was very big and have aircondition. The bathroom also was fine. Great choices of tv channels, about 100 channels. Thank you again to Vivian Hotel for great service and will stay with you again in the very near future.

I use this place to stay in when I need to be close to the airport. It's clean, conveniently located and staffed with friendly, helpful people. It's also very cheap while remaining salubrious. Th efacilities rating is a 5/5 based on the price you pay.

This time I chose a deluxe room, which cost less than 1,000 per night. There was a kitchen in the room and there was a supermarket nearby. It is also very convenient to get to the downtown area.

Sunrise airport hotel is for travellers seeking genuine service, functional accommodation and thoughtful amenities. The staffs are friendly, helpful. Great hotel very close to airport 1km, and restaurants, cafe, bars. Great place to stay, real close to public.

As “luxurious” as it looks its not. Check in took about 45 minutes. As someone who works in the hospitality industry my hotel & many hotels I’ve stayed at have a check in and check out separate line. It was even more disappointing to wait in line to be told to wait when they should have the extra bell men who are waiting around to tell the guest to wait in the lobby instead of waiting in the long line. The receptionist I had didn’t ask how I was no warm greeting she just asked for my passport. It’s already giving me a sour taste. Get to my room it was very clean, the room has some neat tech features I thought were so cool. The room & the roof top pool is the only positive thing I have to say that pool is incredible. I wouldn’t recommend staying on the weekend way too many families with kids & the music is so loud. You can’t really enjoy the pool without kids being loud and peeing in the pool. The food was ok. To be honest if they have a facility day pass I’d do that unless the manager decides to have a meeting with the team to be better to never tell a guess “no” and separate check in lines. This is our first time visit Ho Chi Minh City and 1st to stayed at SOHO Resident and hotel which we are very happy and enjoyable holiday… the location is the best … the service staff Ms.Kim who are very helpful and understanding…as we booked Trip.com Mekong River tour “Vn Lotus Travel” agency services especially the tour guide Mr.Quy are very professional to guide us the whole tour.We will surly come back and stay again Soho hotel and using Vn Lotus Travel for others city tour.

We were greeted upon arrival by the staff who were lovely and provided us with welcome drinks. The check in process was smooth however our room was not ready so we were unable to check in. They kept our luggage for us and we went and sat by the pool. Don't be fooled by the pictures of the pool it is actually extremely small with only 6 sunbeds around the actual pool area. Half of the pool is under the shade. There is another terrace upstairs with sunbeds but you are away from the pool and some parts shaded. We stayed in a family suite which was extremely spacious and clean. The breakfast had a good selection and catered to everyone there. The location is roughly around a 10 minute walk from Bui Vein Walking street which isn't too bad once you navigate the traffic. Due to the size of Ho Chi Minh it is extremely difficult to get your bearings especially if you are only staying a few days. Overall I would stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is located in a good location not far from all major attractions. The staff was responsive. We enjoyed our stay even more after they cleaned the a/c. The 4 minor things i didn't enjoy about my stay are: 1. They gave us only 1 key. I requested an additional key but they refused. I think they should update to key cards in this day and age. 2. A spider made a nest in the bathroom 3. The refrigerator was packed with ice and needed cleaning 4. The furniture was dark and dated.

I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit and the local Vietnamese cuisine options. ***Amenities: The amenities at the Hilton Hotel Saigon were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was an oasis of relaxation along with a gorgeous city view. ***Service: The service at this hotel was impeccable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to extend a special thanks to the concierge team, including Hoàng, Phúc, Quyền, Thọ, Tuấn, Quang, and Mr.Kiên (Cheif Conceeirge). Their recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation were invaluable. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. In conclusion, the Hilton Hotel Saigon exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saigon for business or leisure. I will certainly return on my next trip to this vibrant city.

Check-in and check-out were handled very quickly and conveniently as we had to move around a lot so that was very helpful.
