Faulty elevator. Bed sheets and towels are looks like a rag, doesn’t look like white anymore. Phone is not working. Reception is not helpful enough. No water for the coffee. Noisy aircon. That’s all.

Got their checked in elevators never work got to the room was no fridge no coffee cup to make the coffee plus it had insect infestation not a good look looking to get back some of my money from spending two days walking 10 flights of stairs up and down every time I needed something no ice only on the ground floor. Wow..

Hotel 2 étoiles sans plus mais bonne situation géographique versus aéroport. Très bruyant ( presque pas dormie de la nuit) ( fenêtres minces comme du papier). Pas possible d’avoir petite collation si vous quittez avant 6h am et navette aéroport non fonctionnelle la nuit donc pas très pratique ( donc frais taxi). Piscine fermée car réparation a faire. Ai dû emprunté l’escalier avec mes valises pour descendre a la réception car ascenseurs non fiables( quelqu’un est resté pris durant 3 hres cette nuit). Donc si vous avez autre choix prenez le.
Seule exception: personnel ultra gentil et serviable spécialement Maca et Daniel donc je remercie beaucoup versus infos pour pizzeria.

Apart from the minor issue with the lift, we had a great time. Very comfortable bed, spacious room and really clean. Service is good, breakfast good and the receptionists are really helpful. I would stay here anytime I’m cruising from Fort Lauderdale.

Very basic room. Not enough hooks to hang towels. My room didn’t have a microwave, refrigerator, nor coffeemaker. I let someone know and it was corrected within 10 minutes. I did need to speak Spanish. The help was very good. People very friendly. Breakfast was excellent!
