I love the stunning view of the sea from my room. It was so relaxing. The convenience of having vending machines for food, snacks, and necessities made my stay even more enjoyable. Walking distance to many restaurants, a supermarket, and a 7-11 nearby, so I never had to worry about going hungry. The only downside is that the traffic to the center of the city can be a bit of a journey, taking around 30 minutes by car. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway.

Nice hotel, artistic design and layout. Closer to metro station 5-10mins. The size of the room is enough for my family. They regularly clean the room which is nice. They provided toiletries but sometimes were inconsistent. For 4pax booked, sometimes they provided 2 sets of toothbrush/slippers. Other days they provided 4. No problem though, you can always ask the receptionist but it would be better if consistent.
However, one of the reasons I chose this hotel are the amenities posted.
Children playground-maybe I overlooked it or haven't read that you need to pay for 200 hkd per hour. So it is not free.
Swimming pool- you need to book in order to use and limit it for 1.5hrs only. I am not sure if it comes with a fee, better check it first.
No free drinking water provided.
Charger outlet/adapter- you need to buy or bring one
Using their power source- it takes ages to charge.
Tried the breakfast, just okay for 77/pax
Overall, a good stay but would prefer another hotel with the same rate next time.

We stayed at Tuen Mun's Penta Hotel for one night over the weekend. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, with wooden floors. The hotel has a convenient location near the Tuen Mun MTR station and shopping mall ”V City”, and there are local HK style cafe downstairs. Its design is a German industrial style, appealing to young people. We were upgraded to a larger room

The hair dryer is installed on the wall and you have to go out to the corridor to use it. It is very inconvenient. There is enough hot water, but the water level plug is not enough, and the plug is not enough. The air conditioner is also difficult to adjust. It is hot and cold at times.

The entrance was a bit confusing at first, but the room and the place generally were good. The staff was also kind and allowed us to leave our belongings for a few hours before we went to the airport for our flight.
I would consider booking this place again since it's not a bad place in all honesty.

The room is small, enough for one person to live in. It has an independent bathroom and is neat and clean. The proprietress is from Northeast China and has been in Hong Kong for more than ten years. She is very warm and considerate. If you have any questions about transportation to shopping attractions, you can ask the proprietress. The boss likes to watch horse racing. If you want to watch the horse racing live, you can ask the boss in advance and he will help you check the detailed time of the horse racing.
Because my return flight was very early, the boss and his wife have been helping me with the transportation problem to the airport in the morning. Thank you very much.
I stayed here for a few days and it was very comfortable. If I have the chance to go again, I will choose this hotel again.
Finally, the key point is that this hotel is in a very good location, dozens of meters away from the subway, and surrounded by bustling Sneaker Street, Women's Street, and Bolan Street. It's not far from Tsim Sha Tsui on foot.

Outstanding
AAnonymous UserOverall, the hotel feels quite new compared to the usual hotels in Kowloon which can be relatively old. Quite a good sized room with a nice view for the price, especially in Hong Kong. Check-in on a Sat afternoon was a little chaotic but understandable given the volume. The hotel is connected directly to the mall which is very convenient. There’s an MTR (Mongkok East) exit into the mall too. To get to Nathan Road etc., might be best to take a walk as it’s a bit of a detour to take the East Rail Line MTR to connect to Tsuen Wan Line MTR.
KKevinebinStayin at 606 room.
The Room is ok, but the toilet has this some smelly aroma, at first I just ignore it because I only stayin for one night.
And then at Night the smelly aroma went into the room, can’t sleep well cause of the aroma.
Tried to close the toilet door, but it won’t close properly because there’s this long rubber guard on the door that hasn’t been cut properly.
Lastly, the wallpaper inside the room need some proper maintance. Its so worn out already.
FFelinaWe had fun, nice views, staff are nice, food are reasonable... superb spacious room more than I expected. very accomodating specially in spending quality time for a family staycation, quite Far from the city but good for those who want to escape from busy city of Hong kong... we stayed for 2 nights, kids had so much fun for the environment as a lot to go and roam around, beach view, childrens play ground,, swimming pool but we just swim once during our stay as Thunder storm is always around pool was closed most of the time, surely we will come back once again!

CCHUN YEONGI have stayed in this hotel many times. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station.Room is large, comfortable and has great view. Shower extremely hot if needed. House-keeping, front desk and cafe staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. Everything is fine except the following:
1. Facilities and overall decoration are a bit old. Probably time for renovation;
2. Wifi is unstable and very often weak. I need to buy a Sim card to get internet service. This definitely needs upgrading asap.
Other than that the hotel is highly recommended.
AAlston94The room size was great especially in Hong Kong, clean and comfort bed. The front desk staffs not very helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus provided does not cover night time after 7pm, for late check in you need to walk 15 mins from Tai Wo Hou station. Breakfast selection is limited but is still okay.
FFelipe KondoService is great, check-in is smooth (either passport copy or 500HKD deposit), no lift available therefore be careful before booking if you have much luggage. Despite these small setbacks, service is super attentive and with great English, the room is super clean and offers a cozy and quiet retreat right in the middle of Wanchai. Much recommended for either long-stays or short-crash. Beware, like every HK room, it is small, but cleanliness and coziness are worth it.
PS: The table is too small for working so use a café in case a laptop is required.
EEvelynOverall is good just that they don’t provide personal care like toothbrush and toothpaste. Toilet gets flood easily after bath, and no extra towel/ floor mat to clean up the mess. Hotel staffs are helpful and professional. We reached at 1pm they immediately checked the room availability and let us check in earlier 👍🏻
GGuest UserThe room was right under some sort of fan/mechanism that had a really awful noise, so I couldn’t sleep well. As a bonus, there was a man next room with an added noise layer of terrible snoring. After the engineer came to confirm that the fan noise cannot be fixed, the receptionist offered a room change. The new room was less noisy. In general, the hotel is definitely not a bargain for the services it offers, however, it is acceptable for a change of city view.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition.
I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely.
The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.
TTonySayHiI think this is one cool model for all the hostels to learn. Not very big slot for each to sleep, but just enough. Well organized. Clean and cozy.
What need to be updated, is the cables inside the slot, plug and lighting stuff. And the wooden materials is hard for my knees to withstand when climbing into it.
