Quan Hotel in Hong Kong, this is a small hotel with a high CP value. Although the price has more than tripled during the May Day holiday, the price on weekdays should be very affordable. I recommend everyone that if you want to live in a different area than Tsim Sha Tsui, you can choose to live in this room, because it is only a 7-minute walk from the MTR-Tsuen Wan Station, and there is a barbecue restaurant downstairs - Chuanyaki Wang, there is also the KOLOR shopping mall in Tsuen Wan, there are 24-hour 7-11 and OK convenience stores nearby, there are also Yinlong Tea Restaurant, McDonald's, there is also a bank ATM downstairs where you can get money, and there is a traditional vegetable market for early risers. It is a small hotel that is simple but fully functional. The reception staff of the hotel are kind. I couldn’t find the hotel when I arrived in Tsuen Wan for the first time. I asked the taxi driver to call the hotel, and the reception staff personally came out to take me. The service was very good. But there are still some things that can be improved, that is, there is no kettle for boiling water in the hotel, no refrigerator, and if you want disposable bath towels, you have to buy a $20 Hong Kong dollar from the counter, and you need to deposit $500 Hong Kong dollars when you check in. You can get a full refund with the deposit slip when you check in. The WiFi network speed is very slow and very stuck. Basically, the network speed needs to be improved, and it is a small hotel without an elevator. If your suitcase is heavy, you will basically move the suitcase Going up and down the stairs is very, very tiring! The advantage is that there is a TV in the hotel room, and there are whole cans of shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom that you can use as you please, and the water flow in the shower is also very strong, making it very refreshing to take a shower! Downstairs there is a porridge shop that sells it very late, and I recommend a Chuanyao Wang-Barbecue shop next to the hotel. The food is delicious, the proprietress is kind and friendly, and the music and speakers are often played in the barbecue shop! It tastes so relaxing! Overall, I give ”Hong Kong Tsuen Hotel” a very high evaluation. At least the living functions are convenient and the price is relatively reasonable. If you are a couple staying here, you can go to the hotel counter to buy all kinds of Durex. This is a special service!

No complimentary coffee/tea but that's fine. The bottled water not replenished, found out from Housekeeping it's one off only. Surprised but it's ok because there is kettle to boil water. Overall is value for money stay. A little quiet surroundings but that's because it's located in a semi industrial area. Good for business stays. Will want to stay again.

Reasonable price for a comfortable and clean hotel but inconvenient access for transportation if you want to travel by metro only. Shuttle bus from the hotel could help to assist when transferring but with so limited schedules and seats so reservations are needed. If you are on a business trip that you have to be on time all the time, I do not recommend its location. On one hand, staff are helpful and polite.
Royal View Hotel

The Ocean View double room that I stayed was pretty decent. There were a few things I noticed that could be improved: 1. Providing bottled drinking water would be nice (there is a kettle to boil water, but not everyone likes tap water) 2. The TV wasn't a smart TV but had the possibility to connect HDMI. 3. There was a light bulb that kept flickering the whole time, which was a bit annoying. 4. An extension cord provided would have been nicer 5. The location is a bit remote, and trying to order food through food delivery APPs weren't possible as most of them weren't delivering in that area. 6. The second floor has a restaurant, and the BF menu was pretty good. More options would have been nicer. Overall, I had a good experience. Just a few things mentioned above would make it top class.

The place is obviously slightly far away but has a decent view and it’s kinda nice and quiet. There is always transport available so it’s not much of an issue. There is also a small shopping mall where you can get food and stuff.

love the view from the room. it's mesmerizing to look at the city, mountains. river, port, bridge, and traffic. i could just laze on the bed and enjoy the view. the hotel is conveniently located near the airport with a direct bus to it. you can also take 42a from west kowloon bus station if you come by high speed rail. 42a will take you pass the bustling city centre, it is a double decker bus, so you can enjoy the view. the staff are polite and helpful. my needs were attended to, the included breakfast is simple. if you have a hearty appetite, you can go for the lunch o dinner buffet. else you can get more food at the rambler plaza at the end of the block there are plenty of eateries in the area. you can take 49m to the shopping mall. the room is modern, clean and comfortable
