Stay here for 2 nights, and the cleaner aunty will come in to help you change towel, clean room everyday.
Location from MTR is very convenient (EXIT A), but the North Point location itself seems quite far from Central and other popular places (nearer to Monster Building)
Bus to Airport available (A11) at adjacent to the hotel.
Did provide toothbrush but not toothpaste, 7Eleven/Circle K is nearby can buy at there.
*I am staying at 21st floor Room 10 and the view is very good as it is facing the sea between 2 buildings but Ibis currently undergoing renovation or repainting so your view is also quite not nice😅 which explained why this Ibis is cheaper than another Ibis
Can't really blame them, whole hongkong is like undergoing reconstruction.
Would recommend Ibis North Point as well.

Location is very convenient. It’s just 2 minute walk going to the mtr tin hau station. There’s a laundry shop nearby if you need one. Convenience store is just across the hotel. The room was spacious and has good lighting, check in was smooth and very helpful when they helped me bring my luggage to the room and also they get you a taxi if you need one. The room price was reasonable. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

The Stellar is situated in the popular hotspot of Chun Yeung Street, North Point, where guests can overlook the century-old trams crossing the market every day. The surrounding dining options are diverse, ranging from authentic local delicacies to unique and Michelin-starred restaurants.

While combining heritage of Chun Yeung Street, The Stellar's architectural design incorporates a glass curtain wall inspired by the concept of sugar cubes. We booked a 2bdrm apartment with kitchen however there was no stove, no microwave, no plates, bowls not cutlery. The common pantry (shared cooking facilities) is only available to monthly tenants! Our washing machine had no powder sachets and there was no dish washing detergent nor hand soap in bathrooms, we had to waste precious holidaying time with a trip to Wellcome and also but takeaway every single meal (and ask for single use forks and chopsticks) It was beyond annoying. Other than that loved the area right next to wet market. Luckily we only booked for 3 nights. Also, the rooms are not sound proof (as advertised).

This is our first time staying, and the hotel gave us a free upgrade to a higher floor. The room is very clean, which exceeded our expectations and standards for most Hong Kong Hotels.
As mentioned by other travellers as well, they do not provide amenities (such as toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, bedroom slippers, bottled water). We were prepared so we brought our own. Do note they charge 30 HKD for 1 set of amenities and 10 HKD for 2 bottles of water. Just get from the nearest 7eleven if you don't have.
Apart from the room, the hotel is also relatively close to Tin Hau MTR Station, and there are many eateries nearby with some worth going for, like the chicken chop rice and beef brisket.
Overall, I'll definitely stay here again for the price and cleanliness.

This time around i really enjoyed my trip in Hong Kong. The hotel had excellent service, convenient location a few meters away from the metro. I requested a room on higher floors and got the 30th floor with a lovely view of the bay as requested. I will definitely book my next stay in HK at his hotel. Checking out, Maria was helpful they kept out luggage for us and allowed us to freshen up on the 3rd floor before setting off to the train station. Thank you Harbour Grand Hotel for making my stay awesome.

Toilet shower and sink are very terrible. I even could not open the faucet of the shower. Hotel doesn’t have instructions of how to use it. Water goes very slowly. Plus it was very slippery during shower. Hotel does not provide waterproof carpet on it. Finally I put on bathrobe to dial “0” to ask staff to help.
Besides this shower problem, hotel located at very good location. Hotel staff are also very polite & nice. Housekeepers very polite and said hello to me. They cleaned up the room very fast at the second day.
Concierge staff are helpful , fast and polite too. I called them to pick up my luggage, they came very fast. They were very caring . They gave me a big plastic bag for my shopping gifts.
We went to sky bar lunch. Food very delicious , staff very nice & professional. The price also inexpensive. It was worthy. The restaurant view very beautiful .

Room very small, opening the luggage will block passage way to bathroom. Loved your bathroom slippers with different colour for easy identification. Bathroom and shower door is 2-in-1. Water tends to splash out if closes the entire bathroom room with the door. The bathroom facade is translucent, meaning can see the blurred person showering inside. Not ideal for non couple. Good mountain view from rooms on high floor. Glad to have room 2702. Breakfast was ok. Room price was very ex, SGD220+ per night.

The location is good, only a few minutes to the MTR station. 7-11 is only across the road, really convenient. The drinking water machines were not in service during our stay, so bottled water were supplied instead. While there is an air purifier in the room, it would be much better if the dust accumulated trapped in it could removed (or reduced) when leaving it for customers to use. The house keeping staff were friendly and efficient.

The only upside is that the hotel is very close to the Chinese visa centre and embassies, and it’s surrounded by a lot of eateries.
The hotel room was extremely small, felt very cluster-phobic the whole time.
Add to that that a lot of amenities have been banned, and that includes water bottles in rooms.
There’s a lot of inconveniences which really makes it feel like a motel instead of a hotel.
If you just need to do business and not stay in a hotel for comfort you may choose this hotel.

Outstanding
KKy_Nice and clean hotel located in the vicinity of Mongkok. Near to train station and flower market area with many food options nearby. Service staff are all friendly and professional. I like the pool and gym
CChico999Very good all around value considering you are Hong Kong. ”Cozy” rooms with comfy beds. The food is very good in spite of the set menu, except for the western option which adds a hot dog and canned baked beans to your eggs instead of bacon and potatoes. One load of self service laundry costs $10.22. Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Recommend the dumpling place down the street.
DDuskylaneI travel through Hong Kong about four times a year ~January, February, June and August. I used to stay at the Regal at the airport for years but 2021, after COVID, when the Regala Skycity opened I've only stayed there. Service is great, buffet is sumptuous, and the bed is just right for me. They had a new feature when i checked in last month (August, 2024) ~ water thermos that can be filled from the passageway. It's so much better than plastic bottles. And the water was nice and cooling. Highly recommended!
FFelinaWe had fun, nice views, staff are nice, food are reasonable... superb spacious room more than I expected. very accomodating specially in spending quality time for a family staycation, quite Far from the city but good for those who want to escape from busy city of Hong kong... we stayed for 2 nights, kids had so much fun for the environment as a lot to go and roam around, beach view, childrens play ground,, swimming pool but we just swim once during our stay as Thunder storm is always around pool was closed most of the time, surely we will come back once again!

AAnonymous UserGood size room for Hong Kong standards, free shuttle bus to shopping centre and MTR station. It’s about 7 minutes walk from Tai Wo Hau station just walk across footbridge and turn left, walk about 7mins. Breakfast was Ok.
EEvelynOverall is good just that they don’t provide personal care like toothbrush and toothpaste. Toilet gets flood easily after bath, and no extra towel/ floor mat to clean up the mess. Hotel staffs are helpful and professional. We reached at 1pm they immediately checked the room availability and let us check in earlier 👍🏻
RRonaldThe perfect place to relax before entering HK downtown, or after leaving it. It shows signs of the time passed but it is totally OK. Chinese or Western breakfast available. Smack on the beach with an outdoor ground terrace. Super quiet in the evening. It can be reached by bus from Tung Chung bus station or by ferry from HK. Nice walks are to be had too, to hill tops or beaches. HK airport is on the other side of the island, and you can take the Ngong Ping cable car to the big Buddha from Tung Chung. If I get back to HK I will relax in this hotel first.
FFelipe KondoService is great, check-in is smooth (either passport copy or 500HKD deposit), no lift available therefore be careful before booking if you have much luggage. Despite these small setbacks, service is super attentive and with great English, the room is super clean and offers a cozy and quiet retreat right in the middle of Wanchai. Much recommended for either long-stays or short-crash. Beware, like every HK room, it is small, but cleanliness and coziness are worth it.
PS: The table is too small for working so use a café in case a laptop is required.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of the way from main tourist area- Nathan Road. It is about 15 minutes from the nearest tube station. The east and south of hotel is surrounded by some small metal retails commerce and car repair shops. I didn't like the metal and repair smells. The west of the hotel is one block away from a shopping plaza and also a lovely park. My taxi driver didn't know the hotel location until I gave him the address. The hotel entry is not easily spotted. The hotel reception is on the third floor. It looks bigger in the picture than in reality. I booked the 2 nights stay as I thought it is in a new reclaimed land area. I thought the hotel is located in a residential area. Considering the hotel is only 2 years new, I would expect the lifts are in best condition.
I would appreciate the staff at the front of the desk with some smile. The lady in charge of the breakfast was lovely.
The rooms are small, but designed to maximize the space. They are clean and the shower is great.
KKrisOur recent stay at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui was a mixed experience, with both positive and negative aspects that shaped our overall impression.
Pros:
Convenient Location: The hostel is strategically located in a lively neighborhood, providing easy access to public transportation and local attractions.
Polite and Friendly Staff: The staff at The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui were consistently polite and friendly, contributing to a positive atmosphere during our stay.
Cons:
Noise and Capsule Size: Despite reminders to keep quiet, other guests in this capsule hotel often failed to follow the guidelines, leading to disturbances. The capsules are too small, and the thin mattresses made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. The lack of proper ventilation necessitated opening the capsule door for air conditioning, affecting overall comfort.
Unpleasant Odors: The pervasive smell of mothballs throughout the facility was overwhelming and contributed to headaches during our stay.
Capsule Movement Disturbances: Guests occupying the bottom capsule may experience sleep disruptions due to excessive movement from capsules above, highlighting a design flaw in the sleeping arrangements.
Small and Unsanitary Toilets: The restroom facilities were cramped, not sufficiently clean, and could benefit from improvement. While disposable towels and toothbrushes were provided, the overall cleanliness fell short of expectations.
Disposable Slippers: The disposable slippers provided were criticized for being too small and thin, prompting a preference for wearing socks in the supposedly quiet areas.
Cleanliness Concerns: While generally clean, the hostel could benefit from enhanced cleanliness standards to meet the expectations of discerning guests.
Value for Money:
Considering the price paid for our stay, The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui offered a value that was close to average. However, with several areas requiring improvement, the overall value could be significantly enhanced through better amenities and services.
Conclusion:
The Nap Tsim Sha Tsui provided a close-to-decent stay with room for improvement in various aspects. The convenient location and courteous staff were overshadowed by issues such as noise disturbances, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, unpleasant odors, and cleanliness concerns. With a commitment to addressing these shortcomings, this capsule hotel has the potential to offer a more satisfactory and better value-for-money experience in the future.
